It was hard but Michikatsu managed to get Yoriichi to his house safely. Though Yoriichi was having troubles giving Michikatsu good directions Michikatsu was eventually able to bring him home. Michikatsu had sat Yoriichi on the couch and given him a cup of tea which he has mostly been staring at for the last thirty minutes. Last time Michikatsu was here it was messier, but it's a bit cleaner now, and he could take in what Yoriichi's house really looked like. But he still had to get home to his own soulmate, Michikatsu was happy though... happy that he and Yoriichi were talking again, even if times were tough with each other, Yoriichi was his brother, and he was happy about that.
Michikatsu put a hand on Yoriichi's shoulder which disrupted his zoning out, Yoriichi looked up at his brother with a tired face. Michikatsu could tell from a mile away that Yoriichi had been getting bad eye bags, he would have to talk about his sleep schedule next time he was here. "Well, I'll be off now, are you okay by yourself?"
Yoriichi closed his eyes and smiled, "Of course I will be, thank you for everything, anieu."
Michikatsu's froze, he lifted his hand off Yoriichi's shoulder and rested it against his side, for some reason, Yoriichi saying that felt different from all the other times he's said it. Like Yoriichi was really his brother... if that made sense. "Good bye then... I'll see you around."
Yoriichi nodded, watching Michikatsu leave for the door. "Maybe next time we could have dinner? Or something like that."
Michikatsu turned his head and smiled at his brother, "That would be nice."
The slightly older man had left and Yoriichi was now alone in his living room. He wasn't used to having his house to himself for more than five minutes. Even after he met Muzan he always saw Uta in the house. But now all he could hear was the quietness, you would think that's not a sound until you actually hear it for yourself, Yoriichi didn't like it. He looked at the folded up blanket on the couch and he hesitantly grabbed it and wrapped it around himself. It was Muzan's blanket, it still smelt like the demon. He really missed that little ball of grumpy and morbidness. For some reason it felt like the demon was closer than he thought, but that might be just because Yoriichi misses him so much. It's daytime, he wouldn't be seeing Muzan for a while...
Well, that was until he caught a glimpse of red eyes in a tree, thinking he was hallucinating at first he panicked and ran outside. "Muzan?!"
Yoriichi knew he wasn't hallucinating now when he could clearly see Muzan was hanging on clutching his arms and legs to a tree branch hanging on for dear life. "Hi..."
"What... what are you doing up there?" Yoriichi blinked, he didn't know what to do, he was still in shock. "Why are you even here?"
"I needed to see you."
Yoriichi's heart warmed up for a second but he went back to being mad, he wasn't just going to brush off what Muzan did. "You still haven't answered my first question, why are you up there?"
Muzan blinked and readjusted himself on the branch. Yoriichi wasn't completely sure but he saw a glimpse of an injury on Muzan's arm. "I tried to teleport inside your house but something was stopping me."
"Stopping you..." Yoriichi turned around to face his house and he panicked, since Muzan wasn't home last night he must've lit the wisteria essence out of habit, how could he be so stupid. "I... shit, I'm sorry."
