When they get hurt

Ratigan

"YOU ROTTEN FLEA BAG! I'LL SEND YOU DOWN THE SEWER PIPES AND MAKE SURE YOU'RE NOTHING BUT COLLAR ONCE ALLIGATORS ARE DONE WITH YOU!" Ratigan raged at Chewie as Harper was sitting between them, bandages covered her arm and left side of her face. "Father, please! he was only protecting me! I insisted that we go through that alleyway! it's my fault!" She insisted, defending her cat as Chewie had also gotten roughed up a bit. What had happened was, Harper had been out riding Chewie and insisted they take a short cut through an alleyway, stray cats hung around there and being a small rat, it wasn't a good situation for Harper, nor was it for Chewie since he was practically a walking target, a cat refusing to eat a rodent and yet not letting others get what they see as food? enough turmoil for a fight to happen and poor harper got caught up in it. "doesn't matter, he should've been a more responsible cat and ignored you, no more going out for a week!" Ratigan stated before pointing a finger at Chewie. "And that goes for you, you can be pent up in a locked cage for all i care" he hissed as Chewie hissed right back before the angry father left. "don't worry, chewie, he doesn't mean it" Harper said petting the feline gently behind his ears.

Chernabog

Chernabog never exactly thought that Bellona would ever really get hurt, they lived on top of a mountain and anyone coming near them would die from fear and the demons and followers that loved them wouldn't dare lay a finger on them, especially when they had extra protection from Bellona's hell hound, Rain. Bellona was getting better at flying and such so there was less worry there. But even with all this protection and lack of danger, Bellona got hurt. It wasn't even from ill intent either, the young demon was doing her nightly activities with her father happily when a rather excited little follower got too wound up and accidentally clawed Bellona right across her wing, making the young girl whimper and drop him, holding her wing. Chernabog's steely glare when he heard his child in pain was enough for the follower to be absolutely terrified for his life instead of adoring him. but not wanting to give the follower the sweet relief of death so quickly, Chernabog grabbed him and tossed him over to Rain to become her new long lasting chew toy as he tenderly cared for Bellona's wing, soothing her tears.

Scar

Lion cubs usually got pretty rough with each other as they grew older but they were able to take it since they got stronger with it too. Scar always wondered about Romeo's toughness since he didn't let his son play with other lion cubs and his only playmates were either him or the hyenas. the hyenas weren't allowed to get rough with Romeo and Scar was always careful too. Scar wanted his son to be able to defend himself against any enemies so, for his development, he finally let Romeo play with other lion cubs. It didn't end well.

"Dad, i'm fine" Romeo sighed as he followed his father home after he chewed out the lion cubs he was playing with. What had happened was, the group was playing and one of the cubs bit down at Romeo's neck a bit too hard by accident, causing him to let out a small yelp of pain, the lion cub had let go quickly and before apologies could be exchanged, Scar was quick to show up and scold the lion cubs fiercely. "they could've killed you for all i knew!" Scar said right back. "I knew i was gonna get hurt, pain happens" Romeo insisted. "I don't care! you don't seem to understand the danger, we're not well liked around here and they could've ganged up on you" Scar hissed. "wonder who's fault that is" Romeo muttered underneath his breath.

"I heard that!"

Shere Khan

"Listen well, boy, this is the only time you will be allowed near her, i am only not killing you now because you are the only one in the jungle with the type of fingers that can undo the trap" Shere Khan slowly growled, not liking this one bit but it seemed to be there only option. Izzy had gotten caught in a trap that was clamped around two of her legs. Mowgli nervously stood there, he had discovered Izzy trapped like this and had tried to help her but Shere Khan showed up from Izzy's panicked cries. The tiger noticed the situation and was going to attempt to kill Mowgli but had realized that he was the only one with appendages to undo the trap.
