All the kids filed along in lines down the tables in the Dining hall for breakfast. Camp Cook Oliver was serving up some Huevos Rancheros on a bed of sticky sweet rice and of course he had the food preference and allergy free versions.

"dude, slow down, why are you eating so fast?" Romeo asked as he watched Jasper just shoveling in his food by the spoonful.

"Gotta get my nutrients in for the gymnastics course today" Jasper said swallowing a mouthful. "and then I gotta do the swimming at the lake and then the hike later in the afternoon" He said still eating. The campers had different choices of what they could do for the day with the different activities going on.

"So, anything going on with Leo yet?" Izzy asked Moraika who had been picking at her food a bit, lost in thought.

"Moraika" Harper said to get her attention while wrestling with a hot sauce bottle to put some on her food.

"hmm? oh, nah, we sort of talked on the hike last night but that's about it, I'm hoping he'll be at the gymnastics' activity though" Moraika said reaching over and helping Harper with the hot sauce. "but a little birdie told me that you seem to be getting close with Ethan" She said looking to Bellona.

"oh, um, yes, he seems nice and understanding of my night preferences" Bellona said softly eating her food peacefully, she had a small smile on her face though.

Once breakfast was over, the kids were let loose to go to the various activities. Moraika headed off to the Gymnastics' activity happily. A woman with strawberry blonde hair stood there, looking like she was in charge of it all. "Shoes off, no climbing on the trees outside of the course and have fun" She gave Moraika a smile. Moraika nodded and took her shoes off and headed onto the course.

Jasper and Leo arrived not soon after. Jasper took the course pretty easy as well while Leo had a bit more trouble with it.

"you know, if you're not a gymnastics person, you don't really have to do it" Jasper said when he took a break as he saw Leo struggling, as he somehow got himself all tangled up in a rope wall and had politely refused Dolly, the instructor's help.

"I am a gymnastics person for your information, alright? It's just been a while" Leo said.

"like 15 years of a while?" Jasper asked with a smirk.

"alright, fine, I hate gymnastics, it's too high off the ground, so many ropes and potential injuries happening" Leo sighed. "I just thought I could try it for once!" He grunted trying to untangle himself as he was upside down.

"you sure it's not to impress someone?" Jasper asked looking up as a cheer of fun came from Moraika who was breezing through the course over and over again, taking her time and enjoying it.

"No! I m-mean, maybe, it's not like she'd go for some anxiety filled homebody boy who prefers the ground and slow speeds" Leo huffed softly.

"you never know unless you see for yourself" Jasper slowly smirked.

"Don't you dare....." Leo squinted.

"HEY! MORAIKA! LEO'S STUCK! AND I CAN'T GET HIM OUT!" Jasper shouted with hands cupped over his mouth before heading off quickly, leaving Leo to struggle to get himself free before Moraika could see him.

"are you alright?" Leo stopped struggling and looked straight to see Moraika standing there. "oh, um, yeah, yeah, i'm fine, just sort of stretching really" Leo lied, pretending he was doing stretching on his upper body.

"Jasper said you were stuck" Moraika said. "he's a liar" Leo gulped. Moraika smiled slightly before coming closer.

"it's ok, if you're stuck, this stuff is tricky" Moraika said helping him off the ropes.
