Veronica's pov:
I turn around to a girl yelling at Brit and two other girls in German "MINDY CAN YOU PLEASE JUST STFU FOR ONE SECOND AND NOT BE SO BITCHY AND RUDE SHES OBVIOUSLY NEW HERE?!" The girl says as she slams her hands on the desk and stands up, "Ms Klein!!! You know I do not except that kind of language in my classroom office now!" Mr Hahn says to the girl that was just screaming at Brit and the other girls.
She just grabs her stuff and starts walking to the office, I quickly follow behind. "Hey, wait up!" I call after her but she's walking too fast, "excuse me?" then she suddenly turns around looks me up and down smiles " oh hi, your Veronica right?" Once again I had no clue what this girl just said. "Uhhh, yes?" I'm just going for it at this point. "Oh I'm sorry! You don't speak German?" "haha no I don't but it's fine" she looked me up and down one more time before she continued to walk. "So what's your name?" I ask since she obviously knows mine.
"Iris, Iris Klein!" She says "That's such a pretty nameee" I say stretching out the "e" "thanks!" As we found out way to the office since it was just down the hall from maths we got there pretty quick.
"Ms Klein, yelling at students again?" The secretary from before said "rude ass bitch." When I heard Iris say that I looked over at her shocked, she speaks Italian?!? "What was that!" I hear the secretary say something in German, and she did not sound happy. "I said rude ass bitch!" uh oh, this girl really does like yelling at people, but who doesn't. "She's sorry we'll be on our way then!" I say trying to get this girl out of anymore trouble.
"I'll let you go this time. But ONLY this time. Am I making myself clear?" She says with a stern voice, im really trying not to laugh at this small secretary. "Yes Ms." As Iris says that she starts to walk to a small room. I go to follow her but hear someone. "And where do you think you're going?" I turn back to the secretary. "To the detention room?" I say clearly annoyed at her stupidity, "alright..." someone needs to fire her.
I walk in the room and see rows of desks the room is kinda going up yk like a theater? Iris is seated in the upper middle, she waves and calls me over to sit next to her. As I'm setting my stuff down. The teacher behind me calls out, "alright kids, I'm heading to my break. Do not talk. Do not move, got it?" "Got it!" Iris chirps "mhm" I'm too lazy to talk right now. "So how long do you think we're gonna be in here?" I ask hoping I'm out by next class "probably until our lunches" she says, shit that's 3 hours away. "oh okay, what lunch do you have?" "Second!" "Same!" I say now exited cause I have someone to sit with as I didn't know which lunch the boys had.
Time skip :b
It was so Boring in there I didn't realize I fell asleep until I heard a door slam. "Mr Kaulitz! No slamming doors in my room!" The teacher calls out. I'm still tired to I didn't realize who he was talking about till I heard a oddly familiar voice say "lucky seeing you here V" my head shot up looking for who I now know was Tom. "Huh" I said confused "don't worry about it" Iris whispers in my ear. "So why are you in here Tom?" I say curious "Skipping class." "Go figure" iris whispers in my ear we both start to giggle before the teacher tells us to stop talking.
time skip a hour:
"Alright kids. You're free to go" the detention teacher says, "cool thanks" Tom replies. Iris and I both thank him as the bell rings signaling it's time for second lunch. "Hey! you want to eat lunch with me?" Iris says "yea sure!" I say exited that I have someone to sit with. As we push through the big doors Tom turns around "C'mon V the guys are waiting" Iris shoots me a confused glance, I just shrug and mouth sorry. "who are *the guys*" I say putting up air quotes.
"Bill. And the rest of them." He says distantly "uh ok.." I say having no clue who *the rest of them* are.
We're heading to the lunch table when bill turns around "Oh my gosh V! I heard you got detention are you okay?!" I chuckle "yes bill, I'm fine it was Britney again." Georgs eyes shoot up to mine warning me, I turn around to see Britney there with two other girls and Gustav "you have to be kidding me" I say, I sit down in between Bill and Georg, Tom sits down next to Bill. And just my luck Britney and the rest of her minions including Gustav sit down across from us.
"You're gonna be fine, I'm here." Bill whispers down into my ear, I look up at him. Damn he's tall, "thanks bill" I whisper back. Seconds later everyone starts talking in German "why is she here" Britney chirps " ugh, yea why is the newbie sitting us? " the girls all start to chuckle. "Because I said so? You can always leave." Tom says. He just looks down and me and smiles I give him a confused smile back Britney just scoffs grabs her lunch tray and walks away with her minions.
"What was that?" I say. "Just Brit being Brit." Gustav says "why do you date her if she's so mean?" I question then Tom's starts to talk again "he doesn't really have a choice" then I feel a kick on my leg "OW" I shout "oops that was meant for Tom" Gustav calls out with a laugh, Tom shot a glare at him and whispers into my ear "sorry v" I don't answer just look up at him. And of corse he's smirking again.
I try to change the subject "soooo, what are y'all's next classes?" I say, "art!" They all answer. "okayyyy, so I'll see yall there?" I say getting out of my seat "yea see you there" Georg says "wait! Where are you going?" Bill says. "Saying hi to a friend" I reply short and simple. "oh okay" he replies.
