Delia's pov
I pace around the kitchen as I wait, my nerves getting the best of me. It's been two days now and she's still not home. I have no idea where she could've been taken to and I've decided that she has in fact been taken. She wouldn't just leave me, she promised me that and it's just not like her to break a promise. Besides, everything was going great, there was no reason for her to up and leave.

A knock sounds at the door and I rush over to open it, seeing Billie with her bags. She quickly comes in and pulls me into a hug that almost makes me lose it but I keep it together. "We have to go now, I can't wait any longer" I tell her, "maybe we should-" I glare at her before she can even finish and she sighs. "We've waited enough, please" I beg her and she nods, setting her bags near the door and opening it again so I can go out first.

I make sure to lock it and then we head to her car as she insisted on driving. She wastes no time in going and I'm glad because I'm beyond worried at this point. We pull up and both of us quickly exit the car, heading into the station. Billie does all the talking and before I know it, we're sat at a desk in front of an officer.

"So, you want to file a missing persons report is that correct?" he asks and I nod frantically, "how long has the person been missing?" he says it in an almost derogatory tone which irks me but I ignore it. "She's been gone for two days" I answer, "and you're sure she didn't just go on a trip you forgot about, have you tried calling her?" he questions and I know they're generic things to ask but can he not see how frantic I am?!

"I'm not an idiot I think I would know if my girlfriend had a trip planned and of course I've tried calling her" I answer sassily but I mean he's being just as rude to me. "Ok I was just asking, typically the person isn't even missing and-" "alright. I've had enough. Get your chief" Billie states firmly. "I'm sorry... who are you?" he asks almost disgusted, "Billie Dean Howard you incompetent prick, now go get Jim" she replies with bass to her voice and at the sound of the name he scurries.

Soon he's gone and Billie takes my hand, squeezing it reassuringly. "I'm scared, Bil" I whisper, "I know, darling. We'll find her, I promise... and I'm not leaving until we do" she says firmly and I nod as I squeeze her hand a bit tighter. Another guy comes over and clears his throat so Billie's attention turns to him too. "Howard" he states, "Parsons" she replies funnily and he chuckles.

"So, what seems to be the problem?" he asks her, "well I assume it's with you, no offense" he says to me as he extends his hand. I shake my head dismissively, reaching out my hand to shake his. "Jim Parsons, chief of this little... station" he says funnily and it makes me smile a bit. "Cordelia Goode. My girlfriend has been missing for two days" I tell him, my tone turning more serious.

"Ah, I see. What's her name?" He asks, "Alicia. Alicia Brown" I tell him and he nods for us to follow him. I sigh in relief, standing up, without letting go of Billie's hand, and we follow him to his office. We sit down again and so does he but behind the desk of course. He types a bit on his keyboard before turning to us.

"She's not in our system, a bit of a relief I suppose, but I will need some information so I'll know what to look for" he states. "Ask me anything" I urge him and he does something on his computer before glancing at me. "First things first, what was the last thing you saw her in, in terms of clothes" he asks and I blush a little. "Well... we were in bed so..." I trail, "alright, no problem. What was she wearing before that, if you remember, typically we find them in those clothes" he states and I think about it for a bit.

"Ummm she had on light washed jeans, no holes, and like a mint green shirt. She was in white shoes as well with designs on them" I recall and he nods as he types it in. "Any distinguishable features, no detail is too small?" He asks, "well she has dark brown eyes, hair the same color about mid-length and there's a birthmark under her arm on her bicep—it's a circle. Ummm she also has a beauty mark next to her right eye and... clear framed glasses" I say.

"Great. Lastly, does she have any enemies? Anyone that would want to harm her..." he asks and I shake my head, "none that I know of. I mean, of course there were people that didn't like her but... not enough to do something like this" I tell him. "Ok and what about you? Anyone that would want to hurt you by way of Alicia?" He asks and I chuckle humorlessly.

"Well... many people dislike me but none that would want to cause her any harm and if they did, they surely would've contacted me by now to rub it in" I say as I roll my eyes. "Alright. You've been very helpful. I'll send this information out immediately so my officers can keep a look out and in the meantime... if there's anywhere you can think to look, you can either call me at this number or feel free to search yourself if you'd prefer that" he advises, handing me his contact card.

I leave there feeling relatively satisfied, at least we've made some sort of progress. Billie drives back to my house and I just lay down on the couch as she stands over me. "You should get some rest" she suggests, "how can I?" I ask tiredly and she smiles sadly. "Come on, I'll lay with you" she says because I assume it's not hard to tell I don't want to be alone.

So she pulls me up off the couch and ushers me to my room, one I haven't slept in since I realized Alicia was missing. She talks me through my routine, I shower and wash my face and she goes right after me. She lays down first and gestures for me to do the same and once I have, she pulls me in her arms. "It's gonna be ok, Delia" she whispers and I have a hard time believing that but, god do I want to...
