Hey guys! I hope the last segment helped clear up characters. This chapter will go back to Elle's pov, and if you liked the Jackson chapter, just let me know, because I had fun writing it. Anyway, enjoy the show!!

BTW  I don't own any of the Alec Benjamin songs!!

I was sitting out at lunch with Walker, and we were talking about our favorite music artist, Alec Benjamin. (A/N: ALEC BENJAMIN FANS??)

"The sped up version of 'Sent my Therapist to Therapy' is the best!" I argued.

"I disagree, 'I'm Not a Cynic' is the best," Walker said, a smile forming on his face.

I smiled back, a laugh bubbling in my throat. Then, it was all ruined.

"WALKER FUCKING SCOBELL!"

"What the fu-" Walker and I turned around to see Jackson storming at us.

"I have a bone to pick with you," Jackson got into Walker's face.

"Jackson, what the shit?" I said, trying to drag my brother back.

"This shithead is probably the one who told the school, Elle!" Jackson said, turning to me briefly before turning back to  Walker.

"Whatever you think I did, I didn't do it, Jackson!" Walker shoved Jackson off of him, making Jackson just that much madder.

"You wanna go, Scobell?" Jackson rolled up his sleeves to his long sleeved Nirvana shirt, stepping closer to Walker again.

"Jackson, don't be a shithead, back up so we can talk," I stepped between the two boys, trying to help.

"Don't hurt yourself, Elle," Jackson said.

"Don't talk to your sister that way!" Walker tried to defend me, and I realized there was a small crowd forming around us.

"You're really gonna tell me how to talk to my sister? Like you give a fuck about her."

"Jackson? What the shit, man? Quit it,"  I shoved him, seriously done.

Jackson barreled past me, and I was too slow to stop him.

He rained punches down on Walker, shouting curses at him.

"Jackson!" I ran over and yanked him off of Walker. "What the hell??"

The kids around us were chanting "FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!"

Suddenly, Jackson bowed his head and tears rolled down his cheeks. "I'm a shithead."

Even though I was pissed at him, I pulled him into a hug, his shaking shoulder resting against my chest. Then I realized a teacher came over.

"WHAT IS GOING ON??"

Walker had gotten up, and he didn't look so good. His shirt and hair were matted with mud, he had a black eye, and he had a bloody lip.

I mouthed I'm sorry, but he just shook his head.

Great, someone else is pissed at me now.

I continued to hug Jackson, and even though I was so mad at him, I didn't blame him for what happened. I knew why he attacked Walker, and even though stupid, it was kinda sweet. Call me crazy, but I wasn't mad at Jackson anymore. But I had a thought.

What if it was Walker?

"I'll repeat myself, WHAT IS GOING ON?"

"Ask Walker," I was suddenly pissed at him, and I rolled my eyes.

The teacher proceeded to talk to Walker.

The three of us were sent to the office.

Jackson, because he started the fight, Walker, because he was the 'victim' and me, because I didn't want to leave Jackson, and I was technically involved.

We sat in those plastic chairs, the same ones from the morning, waiting until Mrs. Green could talk to us. I bounced my leg impatiently, my ADHD (A/N: YES! Elle does have ADHD. But it's very mild) acting up. I was about to start biting my nails when I heard the door open.

I whipped my head around to look at Mrs. Green. I didn't really look at her this morning. She had short blonde hair, green eyes, and clear glasses. She wore a gray suit with black flats, and walked with very good posture, making me feel the need to sit straighter.

"Jackson, Elle, welcome back, and Mr. Scobell, welcome in. Now, please tell me what happened this afternoon." Her voice was like honey as she slipped into her seat, folding her hands.

"My sister wasn't involved, leave her out of this," Jackson immediately said, looking Mrs. Green in the eyes. "She actually tried to stop me."

"Alright then, Elle, you're excused."

"But-" I tried.

"Go, Elle," Jackson said, giving me a sad look. As I walked out, he whispered in my ear, "It's my turn to take care of you."
