*June's P.O.V.*
A FEW DAYS LATER
Wow! You can be changed very quickly by three boys in only five days. After the day 5, I hung out a lot with Marcus and we both made up a story of our 'relationship'. Apparently, we met at starbucks when I spilled a drink on him.He thought it was cute and from there we started dating. Yep, thats it. Pretty good one dont you think?
Well, today is the day that we go back to school and show off the new me. I studied on how your supposed to act and well, its mostly just confidence that speaks. So i guess i will be speaking my mind more now.
Anyways, Alexa came and helped me get ready. What I didnt really like about this is that I had to wear makeup. But luckily, Alexa gave me a natural look so i guess that will do. I got dressed and headed to school with Alexa.
AT SCHOOL
Alexa and I were just walking done the hallway and everyone was looking at us. The boys smirked while the girls gave me evil glances. I went to first period.
I usually go to class before the warning bell rings but this time, I went to the bathroom to see if i looked okay and made it to first period like 5 seconds before the final bell. I walked in as others did too. When I got closer to my seat, I saw mostly everyone looking at me. I then looked at Dana. He just stared. I sat down at my desk and smiled to myself. Maybe this was a good idea.
After first period, some people greeted me and kind of started a conversation. And by some people i mean people that i didnt even know. Or even people that I didnt expect. I headed to second period and was greeted by Alexa.
"Hey." She said with a smile on her face.
"Hey."
"So, how did first period go?"
"Good. Random people talked to me after. I was really suprised."
"Did they stare at you like there doing now?" I looked around and she was right. They are staring.
"Yes, unfortunatly." I said. We both chuckled.
Dana came in and sat next to me. I smiled and so did he. It was a bit awkward but, oh well.
"Hey June, or should I say, hey new June." We both chuckled.
"Hey. You know, im still the same June. Just...different appearance."
"Got it." He said smiling. We sat there in awkward silence. I dont really like it. He broke the silence. "So, um, can we talk, maybe after school?" He asked nervously.
"Sure. But talk about what?" I asked.
"Well um, the-" He got cut off by the teacher starting the lesson. "Ill tell you later." I nodded. I have a feeling it has something to do with how Day 5 ended.
We were heading to lunch when we were stopped by Brittany.
"So, the girls decided that we want you in our volleyball team. You want in?" She said all serious while the girls behind her were filling up with excitment.
"Um...I dont know, when is practice?" I asked.
"Every day after school from Monday to Thursday." She said.
"Let me think about it."
"Fine. You know where to find us." She said then walked away.
We sat down and talked about all of the suprising things that happened to me. Dana came and sat with us.
"Hey." He said.
"Hey." Alexa and I both replied.
"So um, June. About what I was going to say earlier. I want to talk to you about....um....the things that are....complicated." I froze. I knew it!!!
"Um...yea. Ok." I said a bit unsteady.
Later on in the school day. I laid out the pros and cons on joining the volleyball team. I had more pros so, I guess I should join. I went to Brittany.
"I decided to join." I simply said.
"Great. Today, the girls and I will be hanging out at a great hang out place. You should come and bring your bae." I gave her a confused look. "You do have a boyfriend, right?"
"Yeah, of course."
"Good. Now meet us after school." I nodded in okay. I went back to my seat and texted Marcus.
TEXT CONVO
Me: Hey Marcus!!! So today, we go into action. I got invited to a hang out after school and they want me to bring my 'bae'.
Marcus: Sounds good to me. Ill be waiting for you in the lot after school. See you later.... 'Girlfriend'.
Me: See ya later, 'bae'.
I smiled and put my phone away.
THE END OF SCHOOL
I came out to the lot. I didnt see Marcus. Then Dana came to me. Oh shoot!!! I forgot. I was going to talk to Dana.
"Hey. So you ready?" He asked.
"Um about that. I joined the volleyball team and they invited me to a hang out today. Maybe we can talk when its over." I said to Dana.
"Oh okay. I guess we-"
"There you are Dana. I was looking for you." Brittany said cutting him off.
"Hey." Dana said to her.
"So we are all hanging out and I want you to come. Will you?" She asked Dana. He looked at me and I smiled.
"Um, yeah sure."
"Great! We will meet you there June." She said dragging Dana away.
I then was tapped on the shoulder by Marcus.
"Sorry, im late. Cole wouldnt let me leave until i finished watching an episode of Adventure Time with him." We both chuckled.
"Its okay." I said smiling. He lead me to his car and we got inside.
The whole drive to the hang out, we talked about the things that normal couples do and so on. We planned on what we were gonna do.
We got to the hang out a few minutes later. Well, here goes nothing.
