Charles Perspective
📍Present day.

You can do this. I repeated to my self. I checked for the hundredth time that I had come to the correct address. I was meeting Sienna for the first time today. Violet had sent me the address and I had been stood outside the house for the past 10 minuets, my feet were not allowing me to move.

Finally I found the courage to move. I knocked two time on the door and waited patiently.

'You came .' Violet greeted me at the door.

'I did.' I smiled

Violet stepped aside allowing me into her home. I walked into the lounge room where there was a cup of coffee waiting for me. I panned the room and saw Sienna sat at a little table eating some toast.

Sienna had big curly blonde her like her mother. I could see she had my dimples and green eyes. She looked so much like Violet it was unreal.

'Mummy!' Sienna gasped when she saw me it. 'It's the man from the Tv! Sharks!'

'Yes Honey, it's Charles.' Violet laughed at Sienna's attempt to say my name. 'She can't say Charles so she calls you sharks.'

'Hello Sienna.' I smile

'You want to have tea party?' She asked me standing up from her little table.

'I would love too.' I say as she takes my hand to the table.

The afternoon was spent having tea parties, playing dress up and playing hide and seek. I didn't want to admit it but I was having fun.

'So what's your plans for Christmas?' Violet asked me as she stroked a sleepy Siennas hair.

'I will be spending it with my family at home.' I responded.

'Do they know?' Violet asked.

I shook my head. 'I will tell them though.'

'Okay good.' Violet responded.

'I'm going to head off. This experience was actually quite nice. I'll see you guys in the new year.' I say getting up off the sofa.

'Bye Sharks.' Sienna said waking up from her nap

'Goodbye Sienna.' I waved over to her.

I got outside of the house and began walking back to the car. I felt a little emotional after meeting Sienna. I had missed the first 3 years of her life. I wanted to called Estella and tell her all about this but I was still pissed she slept with Pierre. Who am I kidding, she wouldn't even pick up the phone.

I pulled my phone out and clicked on the contact. One ring, two rings, three rings, sent to voicemail.

'Hey, you've reached Estella, I'm not available at the moment so leave a message and I'll call you back. Ok. Bye.'

'Stelly, it's me Charlie. I met Sienna today. My daughter. She has my eyes and dimples. She's hilarious and sassy. I always thought this would be something we would experience together but I don't suppose there is much of a future for us anymore. I miss you Stelly. I messed up and I'm so sorry.'
