Imani's days in Manchester brought a much-needed change. Going for runs in the city, she felt healing bit by bit. Jadon agreed that the new surroundings were doing her good.

Back in Sunderland, Jobe reached out many times, asking where she was. She saw his messages but stayed silent. He tried explaining the Instagram post, but Imani wasn't ready to listen. She blocked him, choosing to leave the past behind.

In Manchester, Imani and Jadon explored the city, and each day brought a little more healing. The runs became a way for Imani to move forward, leaving behind the pain. As the sun set, Imani embraced the promise of better days ahead, grateful for the chance to rediscover herself.

After a few challenging days of healing in Manchester, Jadon sensed it was time for a change. He thought of taking Imani out for a meal, hoping a change of setting could further lift her spirits.

He walked into her room and with a smile he leaned back and said, "Immy, how about we shake things up a bit tonight? I've got a plan to take you out for a meal, maybe lift those spirits even more. Be ready by 6:30, and throw on something casual."

Imani, grateful for the thoughtful gesture, nodded. "Sounds good, Jadon. A change of scenery and some good food could be just what I need. Thanks for being there for me through all of this."

Jadon grinned, "Always, Immy. We've got each other's backs. Now, get ready to enjoy a nice evening out."

As Imani prepared for the evening out with her brother, she reached for a comfortable hoodie, not giving it much thought. As she pulled it over her head, the faint scent of Jobe's cologne clung to the fabric, instantly flooding her mind with memories of shared laughter and tender moments. Caught off guard, a wave of bittersweet nostalgia washed over her, and a few tears welled up in her eyes. The hoodie, once a source of comfort, now carried the weight of the past. Collecting herself, Imani took a deep breath, and picked out another hoodie from her wardrobe, and filled her mind with positive thoughts as tonight was a closer step toward reclaiming control over her emotions.

They drove to the restaurant, and outside, lots of people with cameras were waiting for them. Imani really didn't like the cameras. Jadon went inside to get their food to take away, and Imani stayed in the car. While waiting, she saw another picture pop up on her feed of Jobe with another girl, and it made her feel even sadder, and she started crying.

When Jadon came back with the food, Imani showed him the post. He looked at it and said, "Imani, there's something important I need to tell you. I'm going back to my old team, Dortmund, on loan, and I have to live there for a while." He waited for her reaction and then asked, "Would you want to come with me?"
