The evening was silent. Deathly silent. Apart from the occasional owl's call, wolf or fox's howl.... she couldn't care less, grasshopper's chirping noise. Just the way she'd prefer it to be.

This should be her ideal environment to relax, but she couldn't quite figure out what has been bothering her. She was currently reading a comedy-romance novel she acquired a few days ago labeled, "Tonikaku Kawaii" while taking a walk through the Kuoh Academy library. A courtesy of Souna Shitori of course. The story about an immortal woman falling in love with a regular human. How ironic. Yes, they might create countless happy memories together. But when her love would have to eventually perish and wouldn't be by her side anymore, their memories together would be more painful to look at.

That was the curse of Immortality, something she was currently tied to as well. Being worshipped as the Goddess Rhongomyniad, she was supposed to be long lived. And now, with added power of the Excalibur, she had a feeling she'd become immortal. Not that she had any way of proving it.

A familiar feeling of magic activation in the club room brought Artoria out of her thoughts. She figured that Rias and the others came back from some sort of expedition. Her senses also picked up a familiar feeling of a certain maid. She's been staying with Rias a lot lately. Perhaps she'd join them permanently soon? Or maybe to give Rias a reassurance and moral boost.

She sighed staring at the ceiling for a few seconds. A knock on the door brought her back to attention.

"Artoria-san?" Akeno's voice called out, "Are you awake?"

'Akeno? What does she want? ' She narrowed her eyes at this, "Yeah, come in."

Akeno stepped in wearing the Kuoh Academy uniform. She sweetly smiled at her, "Good evening, Artoria-san."

"Good evening, Akeno." And focused on her book, " How can I help you?"

"Bucho wants to speak with you downstairs." Akeno stated.

Artoria sighed putting a bookmark where she left off and closed it before following Akeno downstairs.

She sat on one of the empty couches. And looked at Rias who was sitting on her signature chair, and behind her indeed the maid was there.

"Artoria, there's someone I'd like to introduce," Rias said gesturing towards the maid, "This is Grayfia Gremory-Lucifuge, my sister-in-law. She's also the queen of Sirzechs Lucifer. "

"And Grayfia, " She called out, "This is Artoria Pendragon. The one I told you about! "

"Good evening, It's a pleasure to meet you. " Grayfia bowed lightly.

"Likewise. " Artoria nodded in response, "So, how can I help you? " She asked crossing her and making herself comfortable.

Rias bit her bottom lip before giving Artoria a stern look, "I want you to train us, me and the others as well. I can't exactly explain why but I really need your help."

Artoria looked at Rias straight in her eyes, looking for any sort of faltering. She sighed leaning back on the couch and looking back at Rias, "Hmm. Is it about your marriage?"

"Y-Yes...."

"Very well. When do we start? "

"Look! I know I'm being unre- Eh? " Rias stared at Artoria with disbelief, "What did you say?"

"Are you deaf?" Artoria gave Rias a deadpanned look, "When do we start?"

"O-Oh, t-tomorrow would be great." She said nervously scratching her cheeks, "We only have 10 days after all."

Artoria groaned again while taking a glance at the clock, which told her it was currently 09:49 P.M., "Very well. I expect all of you to be up and ready by 6 o'clock sharp. "
