A week had passed, Maria was still upset with Temetrius.
Not because he suggested she see a therapist, but because he recommended Kk's old therapist.
After that dream Maria had no intentions to see or even hear about Kk.
Anytime she'd come over, Temetrius would let Maria know before hand to give her time to settle on if she could stand being in the presence of her or not.
She almost never could.
Kk hadn't even done anything to her in reality, but who knew what Kk was plotting behind her back?
Maria thought back to the time she walked in on Temetrius and Kk's conversation in the kitchen.
She wanted so badly to confront him about it but knowing him, he'd probably say it was part of the dream also.
"Temetrius when will you be back? I'm hungry, tired and bored." Maria was on a phone call with him.
It was the middle of the night, Maria made him go to the store because she was craving hot cheetos and pickles.
She'd been craving the weirdest things lately, Temetrius could only guess why.
"I'm leaving out the store now. Lay back down, I'll see you when I get home." Temetrius hung up the phone.
Maria laid in bed holding her stomach.
She rubbed the bump that was starting to grow.
She knew she couldn't hide the pregnancy much longer.
On top of the weird cravings, morning sickness, and amount of sleep she was getting, it was only a matter of time before Temetrius realized what was going on.
"I can hide you for about another week." Maria looked down at her stomach "Probably."
She heard Temetrius enter the house.
"Ria, baby come here." he shouted.
Maria pulled her shirt down, making sure the bump was covered.
"Yes my love?" she now stood on the bottom step.
He tossed her the bag of hot cheetos and place the pickles on the kitchen counter "They ain't have yo sweet baby pickles you like, I had to get the big ones."
"That's fine." Maria walked over to the kitchen counter.
She attempts to open the pickle jar but the lid doesn't budge.
"Open this?" she hands it to her boyfriend.
He twists the Jar, the lid came off easily
"Here." he handed it back to her.
Maria crunched on the pickles, Temetrius watched.
"You ready to confess yet?" he sat on the stool by their kitchen island.
"What?" Maria looked up from her pickle jar "Confess what?"
