It was a new morning Temetrius was hoping Maria was out of her funk.

"Ria." Temetrius shook her sleeping body that laid on the couch.

She woke up "Huh?" she was still a bit sleepy.

"I'm going to get Kk and Kaari. You gone be ok?" he had to make sure Kk coming over wasn't going to send her into a spiral.

Maria hesitantly nodded "Yea."

Temetrius knew right off back Maria was lying.

There was no way she was fine with seeing Kk after admitting what she heard.

"You wanna finish our talk?" he asked.

"Why bother? It already happened." Maria was facing the inside of the couch.

Temetrius told her the talk was mandatory.

It was a must if they wanted to move on.

Maria sits up on the couch angrily.

"Why?" she asks, "So you can see my love for you fade as you crush my heart?"

Temetrius laughed "You ain't have to get all poetic." he says.

Maria laid back down, annoyed.

She tells Temetrius he must take her for a joke, but he was only trying to lighten the mood.

"Honestly though..." Temetrius took a breath "I slept with Kk because we were having problems at the time."

"Creating more problems to fix a problem. That's smart." she said sarcastically.

Temetrius huffed.

He knew Maria was going to drag this out for longer than it needed to be.

"I wasn't thinking straight when it happened." he admits.

"You never do."

Maria was throwing shot after shot at Temetrius.

He could do nothing but take it, he deserved it.

"I won't hold it against you though. I can't let that dream become my reality."

Temetrius was tired of hearing about this dream.

He knew he'd never do that much damage to her, she knew it too.

"Just relax." Temetrius attempted to kiss Maria, but she told him no.

"Fair." he says, "I'll be back." he left Maria laying on the couch.

She sighs.

Alone with her thoughts, Maria thought back to the part of her dream where Temetrius confessed to sleeping with Kk.

The more she thought, the more her heart ached.

Maria clutched her chest, breathing heavily.

So many thoughts were running through her head.

Endless possibilities of why he actually cheated on her because they had a lot of problems.

What was his breaking point?

Maria laid herself flat on the floor next to the couch thinking it would help her control her breathing.

That only made things worse.

Her heart was aching, head was spinning then all of a sudden, it stopped.

Maria had passed out.

Temetrius was on the side of their bed.
