Phillip and Phoebe were constantly talking to each other. When they weren't together, they would text, phone, email, or Facebook message each other. Over a period of two months, they had become as close as one would think possible, before he finally asked her out. The two fit like a glove, they were perfect for each other in every way. When he finally asked her to be his girlfriend, he did it on the balcony of his dorm while they were looking up at the stars. He got down on one knee and gave her the most handsome smile she'd ever seen, and to her, it was the most romantic thing ever.
