I grab my bag and my belt, dad and I grab an uber and head to the venue. Jacksonville is a special place for me too, I had my first match in Jacksonville outside of AEW. I head to dad's locker room and put down my bag and then head to the patriarchy locker room, I open the door and see Nick just sitting there "hello you" Nick says
"Hey Nicholas" I smile, he gets up and walks over to me and wraps his arms around me "whatcha doin," he places a hand on the side of my face
"You're pretty" Nick says and I just blush, just then the door slams open and I push Nick off me
"So we were late and we have about 5 minutes till we have to go on" dad says "hey Nick"
"Hello Mr. Copeland, Aria and I were just talking" Nick says
"No I know, you ready Ari" dad says, I nod and I walk out of the locker room and to my locker room, I go to my bag and grab my Brodie Lee t-shirt and black jeans and I throw on my leather jacket and Air Jordans, I throw some makeup on.
We're at gorilla and I wait for dad's theme song, the theme hit and we walk out, dad walks to the side and I stand at the ramp and hold up the hand that The Dark Order does then I walk into the ring, dad gets into the ring and hugs Preston then I hug him. We wait for the opponents when everyone gets to the ring, I hop out and stand by the boys.
Dad hits a spear then Preston Vance hits a Discus Lariat and gets the pin fall, I get into the ring and then jump on the back of Preston, he picks me up and I start celebrating, then I hop off and then I give a side huge to Orange and hug Dustin then hug dad and everyone hugs before leaving the ring. I get back to my locker room and I take off my jacket and I just walk around with my belt.
Nick walks up to me and I hug him, shit this place gives me chills "you got signed when I was signed" Nick says
"No Nick I had my first match here in Jacksonville" I answer
"Oh that's great when did you first start wrestling" Nick asks
"I started training when I was in primary school age 6 first grade, I would go to WWE Events Nattie, the Bellas, Randy Orton would play wrestle with me" Nick says
"Shit, that's so cool, so just like me you grew up with wrestling" Nick says
"Yes, but I was better" I smirk, he wraps his arm around me and pulls me in
"Oh is that true" Nick picks my head up with a finger and pulls me in
"Nick, I um" I say
"I like you Aria Copeland" Nick blurts and my eyes go wide
"I like you Nicholas Wayne" I smile brightly and Nick pulls me on top of him and kisses me, he releases the kiss and just smiles. The door opens
"Finally you two are together" Uncle Will says, I look at Nick "you guys haven't talked about it" Nick looks at me "you want me to stop talking about it"
"Yes please Mr. Cage" Nick says
"Done deal not going to mention it again" Uncle Will says before walking out of the room.
"Don't you have a match" Nick says, I nod, he places a hand on my neck and pulls me in for a kiss, Nick releases the kiss and I smile, I walk to my locker room and throw on my gear, makeup and everything before heading to gorilla.
"Adam's not going to walk you out" TK asks and I see dad running in
"What's up dad," I ask, dad holds up the title "shit, thanks dad" and he starts walking away "wait you're not coming with me?"
"Nope you got this on your own, I believe in you," dad says hugging me,
"Alright Ms. Copeland you're on in 3 2 1" a producer counts down, my music hits and I walk out, I stop and hold up the Dark Order hand and I walk down, I high five the crowd as I walk to the announcer table and I grab a mic; "Jacksonville, Florida I'm home baby, for the people that don't know this city was were I had my first match, and tonight I am going to kick Julia Hart's ass and retain this title, for you Brodie" I say as I drop the mic and I roll into the ring and I hold up the Dark Order hand.
Julia walks out and we start beating the crap out of each other for a good 12 minutes, and I hit a spear and pin Hart 1 2 3, I flip my hair back as my music hits and Bryce hands me my title and I flaunt my victory when I hear Christian's music, I roll my eyes and I walk over to grab a mic and walk over to the other side to see Christian and his followers walk out.
"Aria, congratulations on your win, I heard this is your home and I am so very proud of you but I know one person that isn't proud of you instead he is very envious, and that's your father, At World's End he wasn't able to get the job done, and I beat him to become a two time TNT Champion" he pauses to hear all the boos and he flexes his win and the others except Killswitch claps and nods, "but you were able to become the TBS champion and I am so proud of you, so you should take the offer and join the patriarchy, join people that will celebrate all your achievements and not look at you as the enemy" Will says
"Christian no, thank you so so much for the offer but I will never join the patriarchy, I will never turn my back on my dad, and you can say it all you want but you know I know and every single person here tonight knows, you did not beat my dad, you stole that contract from Luchasaurus" I was cut off by Will yelling
"His name is Killswitch" and the entire crowd started chanting Luchasaurus
"Well everyone here thinks his name is Luchasaurus so" I shrug "but you stole that contract and just like you stole that contract you stole my dad's championship, because you will always be an, old man with no talent, so thank you for the offer but I will never think of you as a father, and I will never never join the patriarchy" I say before tossing the mic and the crowd erupted in cheers as my music hits and we go to commercial break and the patriarchy walks out as I thank the crowd and take a bow and I roll out of the ring and head to the back.
