In the depths of her heart, she held a secret,
A truth she couldn't bear, a pain she kept.
Her boyfriend, now an ex, had deceived her so,
Cheating behind her back, a secret she couldn't let go.
But despite the knowledge, she couldn't find the strength,
To break the ties that bound them, to go to any length.
Her heart ached with every lie, every deceitful act,
Yet she clung to the hope, unable to face the fact.
Silent tears streamed down her face,
Aching to release the pain, to find solace and grace.
But her family's words echoed in her mind,
"Crying is a sign of weakness," they would remind.
So she suffered in silence, her heart heavy with despair,
Hiding her pain, pretending not to care.
No one knew of the battles she fought within,
As she carried the weight of her broken dreams and sin.
Then came the day when she learned the truth,
Her ex had moved on, found someone new.
A wave of emotions crashed upon her soul,
In the midst of the classroom, she lost control.
With her head down on her desk, she wept,
Silent tears staining her cheeks, emotions unkept.
But no one noticed, oblivious to her pain,
Lost in their own worlds, unaware of her strain.
In that moment of vulnerability, she felt alone,
Her heart shattered, her spirit not yet grown.
And as the days turned into weeks, the pain remained,
Her heartache deepened, her spirit strained.
She longed for a happy ending, a chance to heal,
But the wounds ran deep, making it hard to feel.
Her trust was shattered, her faith in love lost,
She couldn't find solace, no matter the cost.
Days turned into months, and the pain lingered on,
Her heart grew weary, her spirit almost gone.
She couldn't escape the memories that haunted her,
The betrayal, the lies, the love that had turned sour.
In the end, there was no redemption or relief,
No closure, no healing, only endless grief.
She carried the scars, invisible to the eye,
A broken soul, forever wondering why.
Her story serves as a reminder, a cautionary tale,
Of the pain that love can bring, the hearts that can fail.
Sometimes, there are no happy endings to be found,
Only shattered dreams and hearts that are bound.
But through the darkness, she found strength anew,
A resilience that carried her, helped her push through.
Though the pain remained, she learned to survive,
To find solace in herself, to keep her hopes alive.
And so, her journey continues, with no happy end in sight,
But she'll keep moving forward, embracing the fight.
For even without a fairytale ending, she'll rise,
A warrior in her own right, with strength that never dies.
