Kriti's POV~
I moved away from her and wiped my tears and finally spoke, "Meesha"
"Yes Kriti, Tell me" She replied, worry evident in her voice.
"I called papa.He said he wants me to come back forever and never come back to New York again" I expressed it to her as I recounted every word of my father.
"Kriti? Are you serious?" She questioned.
"Yes,I am serious, I don't know why he is doing this, I am shocked as much as you are" I told her each and everything that papa said on the call.
"Are you are going back? " She questioned.
"I haven't decided anything about it yet, It will not be a big deal. He even said that I can bring you there"
"Do you want to go??" She asked. "Haven't decided it" I replied with a curious face as I waited eagerly for her response.
"Kriti, Yess!!I want to go back" She replied leaving me completely shocked with her words.
I never thought she would agree with this. But she is excited about it. She said that she is Ok with it and will accompany me. "Are you sure Meesha?" I asked her once again, my voice filled with a hint of anticipation
"Yes, I am.I am Ok with it and I will accompany you" She answered me.
"Kriti, this had to happen. One day or other you had to go back, you can't live here your whole life and even I can't. It's better to live with family than to live here alone" She explained to me, her words flowed effortlessly.
"You are my best friend Meesha." What would I have done without you??" I spoke and embraced her.
She hugged me back and whispered, "You are going to be a CEO Kriti, smile now, don't be a emo baby."
( Emo baby means emotional baby/person)
"I was thinking about not going back" I whispered to myself, but my voice was loud enough for her to hear.
"Why was that??"She asked.
"How I amgoing to be a CEO? I don't know even a thing about my dad's company" I expressed myself with a fear of not being capable.
"You will know everything, Amit uncle will definitely teach you about it, So don't worry" She retorted, trying to comfort me.
"He isn't going to" I told her, My words hit her like a bomb shell and her eyes widened. "Then who is going to?" She exclaimed, curiosity glittering in her eyes.
