Kriti's POV~
"Kriti" I heard mumma's voice and rushed downwards. "A parcel for you" She exclaimed. For me?? Yes!! It arrived. I picked it up and tore the packaging and threw it somewhere in the living room. I kept the box on the table and opened it. I love it...There's a thank you note too.
Kurtis are beautiful. It is a black coloured kurti. Indian wear looks pretty on me especially black and pastel colours and that's why I love them.
I was about to go but mumma's voice snapped me back... "We have to go to dinner today" That's great. I responded by packing the kurti back in the box and got up to leave.
Very nice. After so long I'll go to dinner with my family. Whenever there's a issue, sit with your family. My kind of solution for every problem. It will be just me and them and we'll spend some time together. That's what you call a great day!
I went back to my room and threw myself on the bed. I didn't realize when I fell into a deep slumber.

I felt surreal when I looked at myself in the mirror as I got ready. I am wearing a black kurti and a pair of jhumka that goes well with my outfit. I am all dolled up desi and kurtis always looked breathtaking on me.
I did minimal makeup with a nude lipstick and jhumkas made me look even more beautiful. I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror, took some pictures and descended the stairs.

I went down and noticed maa all ready to leave. I smiled looking at her and asked her "So, where are we going?"
"Malhotra's, You didn't knew?" Her reply made my smile vanish. I thought we were going to a restaurant. But they planned something else. I disliked Aayansh from from our very first meet. I feel it is difficult to be around him, he is very rude and I can't stand him.
I wanted to spend time with my family but little did I know that my hope for it was all in vain. "No, I thought we were going to a restaurant to spend some time" I let maa know about it.
