They soon had some new people join the staff. A swap!Asgore named Cinnamon joined their staff and a Undertale Toriel named Tina joined as their medic. They had gotten several bitties adopted as well. Occasionally, Tears and Pixel would find bitties in other AUs and bring them to the rescue. All the Bitties they currently had were shown on the website and divided by categories. Ones who were currently looking for homes, ones who had come in and were undergoing medical, ones who were lifers, and some who had been adopted.
There was currently 12 lifer Bitties at the rescue. Sleek, Paste, and Delete(mentioned in the previous chapter) were lifers. Shard had ended up a lifer. The other lifers were Chomp(a Marauder!Error), Mimi (a yanberry), Passive(a passive nightmare), Gold(a dreamswap dream), Quiet(a silence bitty), Black(a vantablack), Fruitloops(a Fresh), and Crash(a Fatal_Error). Each had reasons for being lifers. Some because they had especially bad trauma, some health issues, and some were to aggressive.

Tears still had his job as forced god of destruction, but he had found he loved working at the rescue. He was able to use his gold to fund the rescue.

Error stopped by Nightmare's mansion. Chaos was happening. It looked like Dust and Killer had tried to cook again and lit the kitchen on fire and now Cross was panicking and Horror was attempting to save the kitchen. Nightmare walked in and yelled, "WHAT DID YOU IDIOTS DO? I LEAVE FOR 15 MINUTES AND COME BACK TO THIS!?" Error snorted at their antics. "Hey Error!" Said Killer. Error helped them put out the fire. "Error, I wanted to talk with you." Said Nightmare. "Alright Boss." Said Error.
They went to Nightmare's office. "I didn't think you would have such an interest in lamia Bitties," said Nightmare making Error tense. "I don't know what you're talking about boss." Said Error. "Don't lie. You aren't in trouble. I just wanted to talk." Said Nightmare. Error slumped in defeat and asked, "What do you want to talk about?" "I had heard some Bitties can assist people with mental issues and wanted to see if maybe you could help get some for the gang." Said Nightmare. "I would have to introduce them to the Bitties and teach them how to care for them and stuff first." Said Error. "That can be arranged." Said Nightmare.
