This is NOT a promotion for a new book. It was an idea I had that went nowhere but I needed to get it out. It does take place in the PJO universe mostly HOO, starting at Mark of Athena ending in Blood of Olympus. There really isn't that many scenes or a future but I wanted to get down these scenes.
"Do you know my name?" she asked.
Percy paused. The voice was coming from right in front of him. He knew he was in a dream but at the same time it felt so real. He felt like he was swimming through oil as people parted like in a movie. They revealed a girl, maybe ten or younger. She had dark hair and big eyes. He was taken back by her eyes. One was blue, the other was sea green like his.
"Do you know my name?" she repeated.
He felt like when he first got to Camp Jupiter. When people were expecting so much of him that he didn't understand. She was the same. She was expecting him to know her but he had no clue who she was. Even if she felt familiar.
"No," he whispered.
She deflated. "Oh." She turned and made her way through the crowd.
"Wait!" he called. He pushed away all the people and forced his way through the crowd. "Wait!"
To his astonishment, she did. The crowd parted around them once more. She stopped and turned to him. "Can I help you?" he asked. "Do you need help?"
She paused. "I think so," she said. "Something doesn't feel... right. I don't know where I am. But I know what I'm supposed to be."
He nodded. "Okay. Okay, what are you supposed to be?"
"Remembered."
He felt like he was falling and spinning, people pushing past him till he woke up in the Argo II. Annabeth was over him and the taste of ambrosia was on his tongue. Last thing he remembered... Mr D but not Mr D? What happened?

This wasn't good. This was not good.
He was stuck in an aquarium, Frank was a goldfish and Coach Hedge was gods knew where with the mother of sea monsters. There had to be a way out. There had to be something they could use to escape. He swam over to the decorations and peeked inside. He froze.
Uh... Frank? he called.
The giant koi swam over to Percy, his fins shifting in the water. Yeah? he asked.
We have another problem, Percy stated. He looked back to the plastic house that was more like a playhouse. Curled up inside was a ten year old girl, her inky black hair floating in the water. Her eyes were closed and her face was blank. She looked familiar.
Percy reached in and shook her shoulder. She moved. Percy couldn't help but start at the sight. She wasn't drowned.
She wasn't dead. She opened her eyes and looked up. Something was wrong. Her eyes only opened halfway and had the look like she was still half asleep. At the same time she didn't look concerned at the appearance of the two. Like seeing them was a regular thing. It was her eye colour that threw him off though. One was light blue, the other was sea green. Like his.
Hi, Percy said, smiling. What's your name?
Sierra, she responded. Even her voice in his mind sounded weak.
My name's Percy, he told her. He gestured to the giant goldfish beside him. This is Frank.
Frank waved a dorsol fin.
