You are the only Snowflake Breather, a breathing style you created when attempting to learn Water Breathing, and after defeating two lower moons and even one upper moon, you were granted the title of hashira. You also had a crush on Tomioka Giyu. You wanted to be his friend so badly, and you admired him. You persisted, and eventually, he did sometimes listen to you talk and liked to be in your company.

"Tomioka San! How are you today? I just had some food with Mitsuri, and it was so delicious!" You yelled out, a huge grin appearing on your face. Giyu turned around and saw you, his eyes landing on your figure.

You wore a white with a blue hue haori that reminded you of snow, and it was easy to distinguish when someone saw it. It shimmered slightly just like snow when you were bathed in the sunlight or moonlight.

"That reminds me. We should definitely eat together sometime, it would be so fun!" You said, your eyes sparkling just like your haori.

His eyes widened and he shook his head softly. "I do not know if that is a good idea L/N San. I do not think the other hashira like me." He said, his voice cold but calm.

You smiled and shook your head. "No, not with the others, just the two of us! N-next time we're on a mission or when we have a free day I mean!" You said, your cheeks warming up. You knew you were blushing and were quite flustered asking Giyu out for dinner. He realized what you were proposing and nodded, the smallest smile on his face. "Of course L/N San. Next time we have a mission together." He said, his cheeks the lightest color of pink.

"Yay! I can't wait then!" You grinned even wider, happiness filling you up.

Before you could say anything else, your crow Kei Kei flew above and landed on your H/C head. "CAW CAW! L/N Y/N, TO THE NORTH TO (village name) WITH KANROJI MITSURI! CAW!" Your crow with a F/C ribbon shouted, making you cover your ears from the loud noise. You smiled softly. "Thanks Kei Kei. I'm so sorry Tomioka San, but I have to go for a mission. Maybe we could talk later!" You say, apologizing. "No worries." Is all he says, as he nods.

You turn around and are about to run to Mitsuri when he puts his hand on your shoulder. The contact stops you in your tracks, and goosebumps scatter on your arms. Your face is warm, and probably bright red. Your eyes widen as you look toward Giyu. "Call me Giyu." He states, looking into your eyes. Your mouth hangs open as you nod fast. "Of course Tomioka- I mean Giyu San. You can do the same as well, no need to call me L/N San. Now, I'll see you later!" You grin as you walk away, waving. You then follow Kei Kei to your destination.

Giyu watches as you leave, and a smile creeps on his face along with red. "I'll talk to you later Y/N San. I cannot wait." He thinks before continuing on his way to his estate.

... A few weeks later... 🐦‍⬛

After some time, you and Giyu finally received a mission to work together in a village. There were reports of a possible member of the 12 Kizuki around the area, and you and Giyu were sent to monitor and see if the rumors were true.

"I'm so excited Giyu San! I can't wait to work together! Oh, and we'll even be able to eat together like we said we would!" You said, slightly jumping with excitement. You were waiting patiently for this day to arrive, and you were ready to ask the master if he would allow it. Giyu only nodded, though you both knew he was happy as well.

"Come on Giyu San, the sun will set in a few hours, we don't have much time to get there!" You said, grabbing his hand to pull him along. His eyes widened ever so slightly, but quickly settled with his cheeks tinted pink.
