3rd December 2015
Another day has started, and I wake up to people yelling in the living room.
I walked over to the room, unchanged and unready for the day. I didn’t think much of it until I finally arrived at the room.
Daniel: Oh, Sam! My boy!
Sarah: Aww. The baby boy just woke up and still is in his PJs.
Once I had finally got my senses back, I managed to read the situation and ran off to get ready. Upon returning to the living room, I see Arjun, Dan, and Sarah arguing with Fathima. I decided to intercept the situation and calm things down.
Samuel: All right now, all eyes on me. How did you three come in here?
Daniel: We used Sarah’s key.
Samuel: Did we not confiscate it?
Fathima: No... Everyone had thought that you took it away from her.
Sarah: Well, even if you did take it, I could easily make another copy.
Samuel: Never mind that... It’s not like you are doing any bad with it.
Fathima: (murmurs) Is break-ins not wrong?
Samuel: So, why are you all here?
Daniel: We have a big problem, and we need to talk.
Samuel: What is it?
Daniel: You see... We are missing-
Samuel: I’ll pass.
Daniel: Huh?
Samuel: I know you’re going to ask me to become a model again, so I’ll pass.
Daniel: Why?
Samuel: I don’t see it to be beneficial.
Daniel: But you do nothing at home either...
Samuel: Who told you that?
Daniel: The CEO, of course.
Am I living a life too obvious? How could some secret CEO of a fashion company know about my lifestyle? I must try to learn more about them.
Samuel: You know what? Since you are all here, why don’t you stay for lunch?
Sarah: Who is cooking?
Fathima: I am.
Sarah: I’ll join you then.
Fathima and Sarah left for the kitchen to get lunch ready. In the meantime, we continued our conversation.
Daniel: Arjun, are you all right? You haven’t said a word.
Arjun: You woke me up at four a.m. even though you knew I slept at two...
Daniel: Why were you awake so late?
Arjun: Because you made me edit something in the middle of the night.
Samuel: Hey, Arjun... You could rest in the guest bedroom that is right down the hall.
Arjun: Yes, thank you.
Arjun leaves the room as well, leaving Dan and me alone. Dan took this opportunity to encourage me further.
Daniel: So... Mind joining?
Samuel: Are you seriously trying again?
Daniel: Oh, c’mon Sam. The modelling business isn’t so bad.
Only if he knew about yesterday’s protest.
Samuel: As I have already said, I’m sorry because I must deny it.
