Chloe: Oh, hi Sam. My name is Chloe.
Samuel: Chloe?
Chloe: Mhm.
Samuel: Where am I?
Chloe: I don't know... I call this place the void.
Samuel: The void?
Chloe: Yes... I know it isn't catchy, but I just can't think of another name for this black abyss.
Samuel: Black abyss?
Chloe: I do need to make things clearer... I have been walking in one direction for a while now but found nothing.
Samuel: How did I get here?
Chloe: I happened to just spot you lying on the ground... But you can consider this to be a dream within a dream.
Samuel: You just make me want to question your every word.
Chloe: Looks like you're about to wake up soon. See you later Sam.
Samuel: Wait, I need to know how you got-
6th December 2015
As I woke up, I jolted my head up and looked around. The sun had not risen yet, and the place was peacefully quiet. I couldn't go back to sleep, so I decided to wander around the house. But, before I do that, I needed to bath first...
While in the baths, I kept pondering about my dream. Why did I have the feeling that I knew Chloe? Why did it feel so real? Ah... Never mind that; the more I think about it, the more curious I would become.
This place did get boring when no one was around... I left for town to buy some ingredients to cook something so that I could remove my boredom. Surprisingly, a few shops were still open even though the sun wasn't out yet.
I now head to the kitchen and try cooking something that Mother taught me out of my memory. I grabbed some blueberries and the ingredients for a cake and made some cake batter, which I left to bake. I also made some steak with Father's special steak sauce, which paired well with half-cut cherry tomatoes. Having felt that something was missing, I peeled some oranges and rambutan and placed them in a large bowl.
At this point, a maid walked into my cooking and asked what I was doing. I explained to her that I was bored and decided to make some food. She looked at me for a second and then asked how much a serving was supposed to be, which I answered as well. She again looked at me and asked whether it was supposed to feed fifty people. I looked around at all the food I prepped and realized that I may have gone out of hand... The only way to save myself was by saying...
Samuel: I thought I'd cook some for the maids as well.
Maid: But we eat our meals separately...
Samuel: Consider this to be a treat of mine then. Plus, we could use the living room to have everyone eat in the same place.
Maid: Sir Fredrick would get mad.
Samuel: Trust me, he won't. Also, mind helping me ready all the food in the living room?
She sighed and gave in. We spent about an hour preparing the food. When the clock struck eleven, everyone entered the main house and was beheld to a feast. I greet everyone as they look around the food.
Fredrick: Who made this much food and why are they on the floor?
Samuel: I made the food, and she helped me to plate everything and stuff, and I thought that we'd eat on the floor since I wanted to cook for everyone, including the maids.
Fathima: You can cook?!
Samuel: Yes, I can...
Eli: Where did you get the steak from? I thought our stock was empty.
