15 July 1995
When they landed at the Manor Snape was outside the gate waiting for them. Once the gates opened, he walked the long stone path to the front door and let himself in. Harry was unconscious on the kitchen table when he walked into the manor. "What happened to him, Charlie didn't say much."
"We were playing quidditch in the park and then out of nowhere dementors attacked us." Said Seamus who was still shaking.
"It almost seemed like Harry could sense them," Added Draco. From what Severus could tell blonde looked more annoyed than scared. "What are dementors doing this far away from Azkaban?"
Snape walks to the table and pulls out a chair taking a seat. He ran his hand through the Gryffindor's hair and stared down at Harry. He looked so young for a boy just fifteen years old. Harry looked peaceful but even in his unconscious state the boy's eyes were moving rapidly as if he was dreaming. "I can't use magic fully yet, so Lucius or Arthur will have to wake him up and check him over to make sure no permanent damage has been done. And if you have chocolate that would help as well."
Arthur and Lucius looked skeptically at the potion's professor, but Snape gave a scoff. They always looked at him as if he was the Dark Lord himself. "Don't look at me like that, I might be physically strong enough to be up and around, but Poppy said my heart is still too weak to be using magic." The Slytherin said and looked back at Harry. Just like it had happened to him in the hospital, a ball of light appeared on the boy's hand. But unlike before, with Snape's, Harry's magic could sense that Snape was nearby, and the ball of light floated up in the air and stopped in front of Snape.
Severus looked around the room and was met with half a dozen eyes staring nervously at him. Before any of them could do anything, the ball of light floated into the man's chest and Snape gasped.
"Oh fuck! Professor, your eyes," said Hermione. She walked over to her professor and stood in front of him. "Your eyes are gold."
"What the hell is wrong with him?" asked Lucius who had moved to stand in front of Snape as well. He was well freaked out, but he held his composure. "What does this mean exactly?"
"I'll explain later, but their magic is connected to the full extent so Professor Snape should be able to wake Harry up without feeling any pain whatsoever."
Severus moved closer to the table and reached in his sleeve for his wand, but when he tried to take it out it wouldn't move. He looked back at Hermione as the girl drew closer the book she had been holding was now open in her hands. She was muttering quietly to herself. "You won't be able to use your wand sir, not when your magic is fully connected to Harry's." Hermione paused, quickly scanning through the book before she said, "According to the book when this happens that means you've activated the part of your bond that allows you two to do wandless magic. All you must do is move your hand over Harry's body and say the spell."
Taking a deep breath Snape felt more relaxed than he had ever felt before. He considered himself to be a powerful wizard but the energy and power that was surging through his veins right now was something totally different. He felt almost angelic like any minute now his body could levitate. He felt the familiar pull of Harry's magic against his and before he could stop himself, he ran his hand down Harry's body and whispered Enervate.
Harry's eyes popped open and just like Snape's they were a rich golden amber colour. Harry couldn't take his eyes away mesmerized and in awe. He grabbed Snape's hand as a jolt of electricity ran through their body. "Sev, your eyes." Harry pushed himself up, swung his feet over the table, and struggled to land on his feet. Snape reached out and grabbed his arms steadying him. "What the actual fuck is happening?"
