RUI POV

I opened my eyes, I must've fainted or something..

I looked up to see a pink-haired girl with one of my old friends, Nene, next to her.

"Is he awake?? I'm getting nervous..!" the pink one said before looking over at me with a huge grin on her face.

"You're awake! You're awake! William Afton look-a-like is awake ☆!" she acted like she was speaking into some microphone.

Nene giggled a bit before looking over at me.

"Wait.. I recognize you." she paused for a moment, staring at my face for a bit, "Rui?!"

"Fufu, it's good to see you, Nene!" I did a grin at Nene while her mouth was wide open in shock.

The pink-haired girl looked at us confusingly but just did a happy smile right afterwards.

"You two know each other? Yipee! That must mean we captured the right person, right Nene?" the pink one then directly looked at Nene.

Nene stopped acting so shocked and did an untrusting smile at her.

"Of course.. yeah, uhh.."

"Anyway though, I'm Emu Otori! And I'm guessing you're Rui ☆?" Emu said to me, offering her hand out to help me up. I took it and stood up.

"Mhm! Emu's such a nice name! Very cute." I looked at Nene after saying that and she was full on death staring me..

Damn, I was just trying to be friendly..

"Hehe! Emu means smile ☆!" I looked back at Emu as she was pointing to the big, bright smile on her face that just made you also want to smile.

"Oh, I see! Well, it's nice to meet you!" Nene stopped frowning and did her usual tiny smile while Emu continued doing her lively one.

These two are like opposites.. I'm happy for Nene that's she's found somebody.

"I better get going now, huh? Thank you for saving me, you two!" I said as I looked around, now just realizing I had no idea where I was.

"Oh, please stay longer!! Everyone in the kingdom would be so excited to meet you!" Emu grabbed my arm, begging me to stay longer.

I did a nervous chuckle and looked over at Nene. Nene gave me a look that read out 'you-better-say-yes-and-not-make-her-sad-or-I-will-find-you'.

I tried to smile at Nene but she just continued doing that look.

Emu was still clinging onto my arm, making up excuses for me to stay.

"Fine, fine. I still feel bad about over staying my welcome though." Emu's eyes lit up as I spoke and she let go of my arm and did a happy smile once again.

"Yay, yay!! Trust me, you have nothing to worry about! Everybody will be super duper nice to you ☆!" 

Emu intertwined her hand with Nene's and looked over at her. "Right, Nene?"
