RUI POV

The loud cheers from the stadium hurt my ears.

The bright ray of light coming from the sun hurt my eyes.

The handcuffs on my wrists hurt my arms.

Everything hurt, I was going to die, there was no doubt about it.

I was currently sad onto my knees in front of a guillotine, with practically all of the Royal Kingdom watching me, laughing at me, cheering and waiting for the moment they've been hoping for.

I'm a highly wanted criminal, why wouldn't you want me dead? I've stolen from babies to old people, robbed, killed, kidnapped.. I've done bad things before.

But there's something in me that hopes that somehow, I'll magically be let go and be able to leave this horrible place, this place where I'll die.

But there's nothing I can do. If Tsukasa can't even save me, if he doesn't want to save me, then nobody can, he's the only one that could.

I break out of my own thoughts once the loud crowd starts cheering again.

I look up to see Tsukasa confidently walking on a red carpet, lined with golden stars, that was just set out for him.

He gracefully waves at everyone, smiling widely, as if he's not about to kill somebody with his own hands, or at least watch it happen.

"Hello everybody! I'm so glad to have you all here today." Tsukasa called out as he slowly sat down onto his throne.

He was sitting on a balcony, ready to watch this murder happen. It was something he was also waiting and hoping for.

"We will now be watching the awaited death of the one and only villain, Rui Kamishiro!" everybody in the crowd cheered again after Tsukasa spoke.

"But he's not the only villain we gathered here today..! Everybody, let's welcome Ena Shinonome and Mafuyu Asahina! So glad you decided to join us."

My eyes widened, what does he mean Ena and Mafuyu are also here?

I looked behind me, there was a whole LINE of people.. not only the villains, but practically the whole entirety of Phoenix Wonderland.

"W-what.." I scanned my eyes across the long line of people who were going to get their heads chopped off after me. I was the first, Mafuyu was the second, Ena was the third and then the list goes on.

"Actually, we didn't agree. You lowkey forced us here, y'know? What kind of king are you?!-" Ena called out to Tsukasa until a guard shushed her before she could continue her talk.

I looked up towards the guard to see who it was and it was..

Mizuki?!

Am I hallucinating or is that actually Mizuki?!

"Mizuki..?" I muttered under my breath, but they still heard it.
