TSUKASA POV

I looked away from my sister, I can't believe I just said that to her.. what has gotten into me?

I shook my head to not distract myself from the current situation happening.

"Please hand back Saki, or we will not be afraid to attack." Nene said, reaching out her hand towards me.

I smacked it away and rested my sword against her throat.

"Who do you think you are? Do you know who I am? I'll get you too.."

I lifted my sword away from her and watched as one of the Royal Guards pushed her onto the ground and tied her up next to Saki.

"W-what?! Let go of me!" Nene called out, but the Royal Guards had ignored her request and began escorting her and Saki to the carriages.

Everybody else in the kingdom stood there in shock. I'm surprised they're not all running away..

"It is not that difficult. Stop being so stubborn, Miss Otori. Hand over Kamishiro or you'll be locked away. All of you will."

I slowly began putting my sword away, trying to come off as friendly so maybe they'd give in and hand him over.

"No.. no way we're doing that! Guards, attack!" Emu yelled out, and then the next thing you know, a whole army started to charge at me.

Luckily for me though, I also had a whole army. "Royal Guards, attack!" I called out, taking a step back and watched as the guards began attacking.

We were obviously winning, it was too easy. The other kingdom was all weak.

Suddenly, I felt a hand grab my wrist and some figure dragged me along to a quiet alleyway in Phoenix Wonderland.

I looked up at them. "R-Rui?! Ahem.. sorry, Kamishiro.. what do you want?!"

I reached for my sword but then I realized it wasn't there. I started cursing myself in head.

Shit, shit, shit.. where'd it go?!

He then didn't mutter a word as he leaned over and rested his head on my shoulder.

We were just standing there..

I could still hear the faint sound of swords slashing and people screaming in pain and agony.

I could also hear how fast his heartbeat went, and I'm sure he could hear mine too.

"Why..? Why'd you do that to me.." I whisper-yelled at him as I begun playing with his hair.

"I'm sorry, I really am.. but.. why are you doing this, Kasa? This is going extremely far.. even for me." he whispered back.

I stopped playing with his hair and swung my arms back down to my sides and I leaned against the wall behind me.

"I.." I said out loud.

He got off my shoulder and looked at me with confused eyes, yet, they were still so comforting to me. "It's okay.. I get it."

I tried to smile at him but I just couldn't bring myself to do it.

"No.." I looked down at the ground, "no, no you don't. You don't get it."

I heard a slight hum from him out of confusion.

"You never will.. you played with my feelings and acted all lovey-dovey with me, but as soon as I had fallen for it, you took that as your opportunity!" he just stared at me.

"Didn't you?! You never cared for me and you never will! So, if that's how it is, then I'll just destroy everything that makes you happy! EVERYTHING!"

Tears started swelling up in my eyes as I finished yelling at him, I then kicked him to the ground and stepped on his back so he wasn't able to move.

I pulled out that glowing, purple triangle thingy and started speaking into it.

"I've got him, come meet us at one of the alleyways. Please only send three of you and let the rest continue fighting. How many of you are injured so far?" I asked, waiting for a guard to speak back.

All I heard from Rui was slight muffles every couple seconds, meaning he was trying to get up, but I would just yell at him and put more pressure of my foot onto his back.

Watching him struggle made me happy for some reason, I don't why though.

Just him being under my control felt great.

I smiled and started chuckling to myself a bit as I was thinking.

"What's.. so funny.." Rui coughed up his words and I stopped laughing and looked down at him.

I could see a hint of his yellow eyes staring back at me.

"You look so pathetic right now, that's what's funny." I did an eery grin towards him and I could see his face going red.

That's weird.. it's pretty cold today so I'm not sure why his face is so red.

I shook it off and looked back up to be met with the faces of only two guards.

"Where's the third one?" I snapped, still standing on Rui.

"Fighting off some guards." one started, "he was with us, but then a guard came over and he protected us." the other continued.

"Thank you for telling me, Mizuki, Akito." I looked at the induvial person as I said their name.

"Now, let's escort him away now that we've gotten him." I slowly stood off Rui as Akito and Mizuki grabbed him and pulled him up to their height.

"Woah, you look rough.." Akito said. "I know right? He does look horrible.. high five, Akito! We got him!" Mizuki replied, using their free hand to try and get Akito to high five them.

Akito rolled his eyes, "let's just go Mizuki.. you're acting like Ena.."

Mizuki put down their arm but their eyes then lit up. "Oh, Ena? How's she doing? Bad, I hope.. but is she dating anybody? I wouldn't mind-" "Okay, that's enough obsessing over my sister.."

Akito hit Mizuki's arm to stop them from talking. "Aww, you're no fun!.. Oh, Rui! You work with Ena, right? How's she going?-" "Like Akito said, Mizuki, let's just go." I interrupted.

Mizuki sighed and just rolled their eyes, "fine, fine.."
