Mornings are the worst. Especially when I have to clean the my area to perfection, just so Aphrodite's children don't say anything. Every month everyone has to clean their cabins. The Aphrodite children always do the checks, they always have the cleanest cabin.

I make my bed, yes I got a bed in the cabin. Hermes cabin was alway crowded, but since I've been around the longest I got a bed. Unlike most unclaimed half bloods, I was treated with respect. Well enough respect anyone would get to as a unclaimed half blood.

"You done?" A deep voice says behind me, I turn to see Luke Callesten. His warm smile always made me feel so comfortable.

"Sadly." I say while looking around my bed. Luke laughs softly before writing something on a paper that's on a clipboard.

"Now to pester Layla." Luke says in an exhausted tone, I smile up at him. Luke was son of Hermes, it didn't take long for his father to claim him. Luke was head counselor of Hermes cabin, being he was one of the oldest boys in the Cabin.

Not only that Luke had become more responsible, understanding and caring. Luke did deserve it but, sometimes I see him change completely. Like if he had a different personality. Like a personality disorder. I watch from afar as Luke helps his younger sister clean up her area. Layla had a difficult time taking responsibility to clean her area. So Luke alway had to force her to clean up, sometimes I saw Luke get very angry. He would say, "You take too much after Hermes! Not wanted to take responsibilities."

Poor Layla alway cried about it. I never understood why he would say that, but every time he said that I would step in. Luke would either claim down or walk out, but it was very rare to see him get like that.

"Waiting on me?" I jump realizing Luke was now staring down at me. Apparently I've been just standing here looking at them.

"Bye Bye!" I watch as the young brunette ran past us. With a big smile on her face, probably relieved of cleaning. I didn't blame her, I hate cleaning.

"No I got lost in thought." I say while looking away embarrassed. Luke snickers at me.

"Sure. Since we are the only one left shall we go get breakfast?" Luke questions, I quickly look at Luke while smiling.

"Do you know who you are talking to?" I sass him. Luke playfully rolls his eyes and we make our way out of the cabin.

We walk out of cabin, camp half blood has always been very beautiful to me. Zues' cabin and Poseidon's cabin has always been the most gorgeous cabins. Hera's cabin was a knock off version of Zues, so not very appealing. Ares cabin looks scary, Aphrodite's cabin was — pretty? I don't like to look towards that direction. Apparently to be accepted into the cabin you had to break a boys heart. To me that's awful, to break someone heart for a stupid reason.

"I was thinking." I look up to Luke who looks conflicted. I raise an eyebrow as a way to tell him to go on. Luke doesn't say anything else, he doesn't even look at me.

"Luke?" I stop. I was starting to feel uncomfortable, when Luke was nervous I was nervous. I don't know how to explain it.

"Could you help with training." I knew my face had a nasty expression on it. I didn't care, Luke was getting all worked up over something stupid.
