Age: 14
Sereia Jones

She was standing on the porch of the house, it had a beautiful view of the lake. The moon reflected off the water, making it look like it's had glitter in it.

"You're not supposed to be up." The girl smiled at the sound of the voice. She turned to look at her best friend, he was smiling at her. He walked up beside of her, looking out to where she was.

"You're not supposed to be here." Sereia replied to the boy. He let out a small laugh while shaking his head. Looking at the water reminded him of the girl next to him. He didn't want to think of her, she unknowingly had his heart. He noticed the way he felt when she was hurt. He cursed the God for letting it to happen, but was grateful for Apollo. Even though he didn't stop him.

"Luke." Sereia says softly. Luke barely heard the girl and she was next to him. Luke's dark brown eyes land on the brunette. She turns to him and smiles, "Promise me."

"Don't Apollo ever get that close to me!" She looked away with red shade plastered across her face. Luke looked down at the flustered girl, disappointed.

"Yeah of course." Luke promised his best friend. He wanted to make her say she regretted the words, but he didn't want to ruin their friendship.

"Luke, I'm pretty sure I'm high on drugs." A sweet smile on her lips, a smile he wanted to see forever. Luke nodded his head in a way of telling her to continue. She finally looked to the boy, "I don't dislike the Gods, but I don't like them either. Do you know what this means?"

Before Luke could answer the girl, she continued, "It means, I don't care for them. Luke, I know your hatred towards to Gods. But the person that is helping you is pure Evil. Please Luke, stop being his pawn. For me."

Luke was taken back by the girl's request. Sereia looked up at her best friend with different eyes. They were still her normal ocean blue eyes, but darker and more scarier.

"I'm nobody's pawn, Sunshine." Luke said after a few minutes of thinking. Sereia's heart beats faster at the nickname. Sereia turned to the body, she walked toward him, getting closer made the tension between them thicken.

Luke didn't know how to react, the girl was getting closer. He could feel her body's warmth.

They weren't touching, Sereia was looking up at Luke. He looked down at her dark blue eyes. They both had wars going on in their minds. Luke was Kronos eyes and ears. Sereia is to be chaos successor.

They both had influential roles. Luke is destined to destroy the Gods. Sereia is to become the Successor of Chaos. She will be the most powerful mortal living, she will hold power. Everything in the world evolved around having power.

Luke looked down at the girl. Her dark eyes looking for something in Luke's eyes. Luke could feel the tension, he didn't know if the girl in front of him could too.

Sereia didn't know what she was doing. Luke was her person, her best friend. She isn't allowed to feel like this. Yet she did, looking into Luke's dark brown eyes made her feel so confident. Sereia stepped back from the boy and turned her head.

"We could go to sleep." Luke turned and left. Leaving the brunette there, alone with her thoughts. The teenager sighed and made her way back into the house. Hoping to the Gods, she would stop feeling like this.

Layla aggressively attacked the dummy. Sereia watched the young girl practice, but Sereia couldn't take her mind off of Luke.

"Sereia!" The young girl yelled at her. Sereia raised her eyes brows.

     "Am I getting any better?"

"More like more aggressive." Sereia smiled and laughed at herself. The young girl snorted, "You're so Funny."

"Don't you have an attitude today." A smug smile rnon her face. The younger girl let out a groan and threw her sword.

"You are useless! After you got hurt, you've become so unserious." The girl yelled at Sereia and left her. Sereia sighed and picked the sword up. She put the sword up and made her way to the cabins.

"Whom is that little girl?" Sereia turned and everything thing turned black. Sereia looked around, confused. She heard a chuckle behind her and she turned to the sound.

A man with dark hair, Godly features. He smiled at the girl with a smug grin.

"Nerissa." He stepped toward the girl, "How Lovely to meet you, my dear."

"Who are you?"

"Chaos, and you are my successor." Sereia felt the need to bow to God. She had no idea what he was taking about.

"I'm not your successor." She said. The God laughed, he looked at the girl with a smug grin she'll never forget.

The face of the man changed, his face looked like Luke. It freaked Sereia out so much she had to look away. "Sunshine Look at me."

He had his voice too. Sereia turned her head to see the man again. She didn't see her Luke. She clenched her jaw, "Why do you believe I'm your successor?"

"Your body is built to hold my power."

"What?" She asked scarily.

"Before I went to sleep, I made a special blood line. If the world ever got too peaceful then your bloodline would be right for me to take over."

"Yeah. No." She laughed.

"Do not worry my dear. I can't take over your body since your as half blood. But I can give you some power." Chaos appears in front of the girl and touched her forehead.

She let out a loud scream.
