I wake up, gasping for air. I'm cold. I'm alone. I'm broken.

My body is still somehow failing to produce heat. I can only stay awake for certain amounts of time until my being can not withstand being awake, and I drift off yet again.

Supposedly, the same thing happened to Alex, right after the seventh tick.

I haven't been able to get the strength to move my legs or arms more than an inch. And it hurts.

It hurts me to see Pan the most. The way his eyes look down to me. The way his smile, ceases to show anymore. The way the sparkle in his eyes, has now vanished.

He's broken, and it's all because of me.

I haven't seen the boys in days. I've been trapped in this hellish bed with nothing but my thoughts.

I notice out of the corner of my eye, my warm boots, sitting right next to the bed.

I use all the strength I have to throw my legs over the bed. I slowly reach down to place the boots on my feet and stand up. I almost fall to the floor, but I manage to keep my ground. I grab the blanket from behind me on the bed and wrap it around me. I slowly make my way outside where I'm hoping the boys are.

I step outside, and the instant humidity helps warm, my aching body. I continue slowly making my way to the fire circle where the boys sit, in a depressed state.

Finally, someone notices my presence and I'm met with very shocked faces. Pan on the other hand, well he looks pissed.

And of course, he's the first to stand.

"What in the bloody hell are you doing out of bed?" He begins to raise his already harsh voice.

"I was bored," I croaked. "It's awful in their all. By. Myself." I huff.

Pan rolls his eyes. "Well that doesn't make it safe for you to get out of bed!" He begins pacing towards me before throwing me over his shoulder.

"Ugh, Pan. You're treating me like a child." I spit as we burst through the doors of his hut.

"It's because I care about you." Pan states obviously and I scoff and roll my eyes.

My back hit the soft bed when Pan throws me down. He stands over me with his hands on his hips and a distressed look upon his face.

"Well what am I going to do with you now?" He sighs and sits on the edge of the bed next to me. I shrug in response, yet he smiles at me.

He slowly leans downs and plants a deep and sweet kiss on my lips before removing his way to quickly.

He walks away and waves goodbye before he exits the hut once again.

And the waiting begins.

All I do I wait, wait, wait. For days and days and days. It seems like a never ending cycle.

Eat. Sleep. Chat with Pan. Sleep. Repeat.

The days fall by slow and painfully. And I'm left counting the days. Waiting for something. Something to happen.

And then the ground starts to rumble. And my ears break from the horrifying sounds I never want to hear again.

Tick.

Number eight sounds. The final tick.

Is anyone else as worried for what's about to happen as I am??
