3rd pov:
Damien didn't know how.
He didn't know why.
He didn't plan on understanding either.
It was simple but complicated.
It was something he vowed to never do.
But here he was, doing it.
He was falling in love.

Pip decided to try to accept things as they were. He tried to calm down and stop being so angry. He mostly came to terms with his feelings.
He knew he liked Damien, but he just wasn't actually sure that he wanted to be with Damien.
Things are just complicated.
He ended up deciding to let it work itself out. If he could find himself talking to Damien, he would.
That was that.
But..
What if things didn't work out?
What if he and Damien never spoke to eachother again?
What if something happens?
Pip just decided not to question things, and let it work itself out.
Easy problems require simple solutions.

Damien was having a hard time being distracted.
Everything he did , always ended with him asking the same question, what would Pip think?
It didn't matter what he was doing, cleaning up, doing homework, or helping his dad. It was all the same, what would Pip think?
Nothing he did was distracting enough. So he went to the only person he had ever known.
