Porsche's mood didn't improve much for the rest of the day, but he seemed somewhat more mellow than usual. The lingering effects of his heat were apparent. Kinn was observant and adept at adapting to Porsche's various moods, recognizing that Porsche was highly sensitive and emotional. In reality, the omega's heat triggered Porsche, to get overly emotional about the pregnancy. So he tried for the rest of the day to make his lover as comfortable as possible before flying back home.

"Homeeeeee...." Porsche entered their house, sighing in relief. They left luggage at the door, and the omega took him by surprise and kissed him in the doorway. In that tender moment, all his stress melted away, reminding him of the love and comfort he found at home with his lover.

"Feeling better, baby?" Kinn smiled and ran his fingers through his beloved's hair, gently cupping his face. He looked into his eyes with concern and care.

"Mhmmm... yeah. I am still drowsy from everything, but I feel quite good. I didn't expect my heat to be this, this.....pleasant." Kinn amused himself in silence, seeing Porsche fidget over this. It was so endearing to watch, and Kinn wanted to boast about his performance, but he swallowed the words as he realized that this would make Porsche feel weird.

"I am glad you felt good. It was also my intention to make it pleasant for both you and me. And it was new for me too. You know, I never had an omega partner before, so this was like a first for me." The alpha's white skin caught a red, powdery aspect.

"Mann, we are good at embarrassing ourselves." Porsche concluded jokingly.

"Then it's good that it's just the two of us here, right?" Kinn kissed him again and again, his forehead touching the forehead of his omega.

In the end, Porsche wanted his doctor's opinion on what happened, and he dragged Kinn along with him to the hospital after he set up his appointment. Porsche gave her the details of what happened, and Kinn was surprised to see how much trust the omega had in her. He also desired to have that kind of relationship with his lover, but he knew that this was a patient conversing with his doctor. Therefore, he needed to provide as much detail as possible without feeling embarrassed.

This wasn't even the issue, as the doctor was eyeing him like he was some sort of villain.

"I know that omegas in heat have no control over their minds and actions, but you, as an alpha, should have known better. However, given that Porsche is in such good physical condition, I'm inclined to think that you have been very careful not to harm him during his heat, which is not what I can say about the other alphas until now. So I'm impressed, and I was somewhat expecting it. You have amazing self-control given how long you have waited and stuck to the contract."

"What? This happens?" Kinn's brows furrowed, and he was definitely more intrigued because alphas couldn't hold it together.

"Well, I am not allowed to disclose more information, but we had many cases with omega heats ending up badly, even death."

Kinn shuddered at the thought. Who in their right mind would hurt someone so vulnerable? He remembered how Porsche was so out of it that half of the time he didn't even know what was happening to him. Now, he felt grateful that Porsche had taken suppressants for such a long time. He held his lover's hand tighter, and Porsche did the same.

"So, getting back to the matter at hand, it's highly unlikely that you are pregnant given the stress your body went through, and we still don't know where your fertility stands. We can take some blood and do some tests, but we still have to wait ten days to two weeks to get an accurate result. But I want to warn you both: because Porsche is currently going through a detox, I do not recommend a pregnancy. In case it happens, please consider flushing it out. I know it's not what you want to hear, but it could cause a lot of issues, and the child could have serious health and mental problems, leading to a miscarriage along the way, which is more dangerous. The hormone levels have to stabilize before you get pregnant, Porsche. Otherwise, all the toxins will go to the fetus. I know we are very advanced in technology, but for naturally conceived children, we still follow the old-fashioned ways. There is, unfortunately, no other way to do this safely."
