I looked at my outfit in the mirror and then towards Di.

"Sahi toh hai. Konsa asli shaadi hai." I replied with a shrug.
(It's fine. It's not like this is a real marriage.)
"It is very real, Shubh just because it's a court marriage doesn't mean it's not real and no, this is not fine. You're not getting married in this. It's blue for god's sake. It's your wedding not some pooja. Don't act like a child and go wear the Kurta I got for you." Di said, doing weird dramatic gestures with her hand.
I rolled my eyes and turned around to go change. There's no point in arguing with her because I know I won't win.
I went back to my closet to change. It's 10 in the morning and Di came with me to get changed. The girl and her family would be here in an hour.

I haven't seen her picture yet. Why? Because I don't care. I'm doing this because I have no other option not because I'm interested. So, What's the point?
Baba is way better today I mean, not his best but out of the danger kinda better and this is the reason why I wanted to talk to him yesterday because now, this marriage seems even more unnecessary to me.
