Regarding Summer in nurserz and at school, it would seem *as I alwreadz knew I had a verz special and dear child( that she was a fine jewel of a prescious child, well not onlz was she so stunninglz beautiful that she stood out from the crowd and looked like an Angel... to me and to everzone all children were as beautiful and dear as Angels, but Summer had the perfect image of a cherub angel that was sold in all the shops as a zounger child and long curlz zet straight *both, somehow* hair of a golden white and shining crzstal blue and purple coloured ezes which was verz, verz rare and unique. It wasnt just this but she was known to be the happiest most cheerful child anyone had ever seen or witnessed in a lifetime of working with and knowing all children... she was well tempered and good natured and never ones shouted or cried, but was always just so happy and content and accepting of everything and everyone. She was majorly affectionate, and all through the nursery years i had the serious threat, very honourable and it made me proud, but slightly concerning because i knew they all really meant it: That everybody wanted to adopt her and take her home with them!! And often i would hear on repeat from all parents: what is your secret? My secret to my love, my darling, my dear, my beautiful little Angel was simply this: Pure ultimate unconditional complete LOVE and CARE, and to be understanding, and to listen once, and follow what she said Always.
Some nursery care workers were in tears when she left nursery to go to primary school, and then all insisted if they were ever needed to babysit: They handed over thier contact details and asked to please stay in our lives as she grew up because they could not bare to see thier favorite little one leave them. (They DID have other equally as dear and adorable little boys too whos names were Luca and Quin and a little girl called Elianor who had the adamant need to sit on everybody lap and be held and would take the carers book after book to read to her, while Luca was the most affectionate and would hold onto their legs if not being held at all times, while Quin was known as the nursery genuis of children.) But they all seperated to different Primary schools and my Summer went to the local one in our village.
The Primary school was exactly the same, that Summer would touch the lives and the hearts of all who knew her and cause them surpreme states of bliss in her presence, but now she was known for a better reason. First of all the school provided thier pupils with a little red book each were the teachers would write comments each day, including noting the days the children weren't in school and why, and on these pages would be smily faces and stars and marks out of 10 for thier behavior and succeeding in classes, and all students (aside from one very naughty little boy haha, more on this soon!) were striving towards smily faces and bright golden and silver stars as much as possible. Summer had no need to try hard.. she was just herself and every day she would come back with golden stars AND grinning smily faces and 100 out of 10, 11 out of 10, minimum 9 out of ten, and i collected her from school one day to find all the students rushing to her desk to see which grade and sticker she'd got and a lot of !ohhh and oooahhing sounds, and one said, "That wasn't predicted, yet again." saractically, this being the next level high grading and best pupil who seemed to consider this a fun game of a challenge with equaly impressive results.
One day the headmaster called me into a meeting with him. I didn't know what this was about, but i couldn't imaging anything bad, and bad it was not, but the best news i had ever had and to this day it makes me proud, exactly what he said to me about my daughter, my little Angel.
He said that he needed to talk to me himself and he wanted this coming from him.............. That she was the best pupil this school had ever had in the history of the school. That she was overly tallented at every subject she out her mind to, especially languages which she had picked up 4 and was learning a 5th, speaking them fluently after exposure to the words after only two weeks, as little as that and she was top of the class! She learnt faster, better, more in depth than any other students, very quick to pick up the lessons and information, and that her work was flawless, and that she was very social, and was friends with everyone, knowing and being friendly with over 200 students who she knew by heart and would even stop to say hello, good morning, i hope you are well, its nice to see you to every teacher and even the cleaners and technicians who worked in the school and she would tell everybody all the time: "I love you!" Summer was an absolute delight. It had been very false that she wasn't ready for school but on the contuary, she was capable of more and a higher level than her own year and had proved herself so intelligent that she could easily be put into the first year of seconary school and already be at thier level of education and ability. This be the truth, this be the case, Summer had wanted to stay exactly where she was in this year and go along at any childs normal pace... but this has always stayed in my memory and has made me proud every time it has ever crossed my mind.
