I was currently sitting in my PO office. I hate coming here so bad with his mean ass.
"Soooo. I was wondering if you've given any thought to what i said?" I asked smiling.
"Ms. Davis i think you are truly oblivious to your case and what you did. You murdered someone. You don't get to just walk around free. Actions have consequences. You are not a free woman." He said.
"Okay and i understand that. Look all my tests have been clean. I haven't missed a visit. I pay all my fees on time. I haven't been involved in anything since i been out and that's going on almost 3 years now." I said.
"That's what's expected of you. Probation is a privilege. You were incarcerated for federal charges. Felons have tight restrictions and you just so happen to fall under that jurisdiction." He said.
"And i know that. I'm not asking to leave the country. I can even just go to a state down south or something like Georgia or Florida. I just-"
"My answer is final. I'll see you next month." He said while typing on his computer.
I wanted to knocked everything on his desk the fuck over.
I took a deep breath and smiled.
"Okay. Thanks for your time. See you next month." I said standing up.
I walked out his fuck ass building and got in my car. Soon as i turned my car on i called Melly because we finna vent cause the fuck.
He answered on the second ring.
"Melly!" I said irritatedly as i pulled out the parking spot.
"Huh?" He groggily said.
"You still sleeping?" I asked.
"You good. What's going tho? Everything straight witcho PO and shit?" He asked.
"Noooo! He won't let me leave! I'm sadddd. I'm tired of fucking Alabama!" I said as i started to cry.
"What the fuck that nigga say?" He asked.
"He basically said I'm a felon and probation is a privilege and I'm not free and I still have consequences. Like okay cool. I get that. But like bruh i done proved myself that im not just some fucking wild animal." I said as i cried.
"On God. And that's the shit that blow me. I bet you be out of Alabama by next month. And Minnie take yo ass to that court and put in a request for a new PO." He said.
