"I hope you die..."

You've drowned. When next morning came, your chest felt heavy. Your body was weighed down. As if now submerged into a dark and deep pool of cold and wet blood. That's how you felt, since that internal bleeding kept going and going all night. The longer time passes and you're away from him. It drowned you, eventually.

Now as you stood in front of Hina's bedroom window, staring up at the clear sky outside, you felt like your lungs were barely dragging breaths into you.

It is time..

She gave you clothes. Not a uniform. But normal clothes. A pair of slacks, a long sleeved sweater, and a pair of half boots. You only wore one, since your other foot was still in its cast. And now it was aching, same as everything else in your body. Your joints. Your head. Your chest. Yet you kept pushing the pain away, same as you've done ever since you've woken up yesterday, and only kept standing still in front of that window. Your arms crossed and a deep scowl shadowing over your features.

I am not leaving until I see him...

You said this, screamed it, at her when she delivered your breakfast along the clothes. But she only ignored you and left. So you ate, changed, and now you're only waiting. The more seconds tick and pass, the more your pain shifts and twists inside of you. Something started to boil. Like an anticipated volcano, like the silence before a storm. It's only building and building inside. And any minute now, it's about to erupt and explode and that blood that drowned you will only end up drowning everyone else with you...

The door opens and you instantly turn to see Hina by the doorway. She glances at you, then nods backward. "Let's go."

"Where?" You keep your arms wrapped around you. Too wary and that anger is too evident in your tone now. "I made myself clear, I'm not going anywhere until I see Erwin!"

Hina rolls her eyes and walks out, surprisingly leaving the door opened behind her.

Dragging one deep breath, you start to follow immediately. Feeling the relief of a momentary freedom washing over you as you try your best to limp through the hallway. Clutching to walls and door knobs as support.

You'd think they'd have given me crutches by now...

When you enter the main hall, finally, you see her standing near the main entrance. Her eyes see you like she's been expecting you. And there're guards standing with her.

Your eyes leave her, and they glance at the stairs. Once again, same as last night, you entertain the thought of going up. Of seeing him. Because you already know he's up there in his office. But your chances are below zero at this point. And if you managed to escape the gate's guard yesterday, there's no chance you'll be able to even make it up past the first step all on your own now.

Hina glances at you one last time, then she looks at the stairs and nods. You frown and follow her gaze to see an already upset Levi taking the steps down. His eyes are already directed at you. Hina steps out along the guards as if they'd finished their job.

When Levi reaches you, he locks his hands behind his back and stands in front of you.

"Where am I going?" You ask immediately.
