Part two of "Best of Friends".
Y/N'S POV
"Why are there lots of people outside your house?" I asked.
"They're just like that sometimes" She says.
"But not always that many, Tay" I say.
The security let us in when they saw my car.
Taylor parked my car and we got off.
"Ms. Swift, we tried telling them to go, but they won't budge" Greg, her head security says.
"Hi, Greg" I say and he sends me a smile.
"Hello, Ms. L/N" He says.
"How long have they been there?" Taylor asks.
"A few hours" He says.
"Tay, this isn't okay. You should do something about it" I say.
"The security team will handle it" She says.
"It's just scary" I say.
"How about we head inside now?" She says and I nod.
Once inside her apartment, I plopped on the couch.
"Tired?" She asks and I nod.
"Where are the kids?" I asked.
"Probably in my room" She says.
I stood up and went to her room.
"Selena?" I called.
"What are you doing here?" I asked.
"Oh- uhm, I slept over last night" She says.
"Completely forgot to tell you" Taylor says as she sees us.
"Naked?" I asked.
"Oh my gosh, this isn't what it looks like!" Selena says.
"No, it's okay" I say.
"We didn't sleep together!" Taylor says.
"I didn't say you did" I say.
"I took a shower and left my clothes on the bed so I went to go get it just in time when you walked in" Selena explained.
"I didn't get a towel to cover me because I was alone. I didn't hear you walk in" She says.
"Don't get the wrong idea!" She says.
I mentally felt relieved after hearing that.
"Better put some clothes on" I said and went to the living room with Taylor following me.
"I can't believe I just walked in on Selena" I say.
"It happens" Taylor says.
"Not ideal on the first time meeting each other" I say.
"I haven't introduced you to each other?" Taylor asks.
"Nope" I say.
Selena walked out of the bedroom fully clothed.
"I'll properly introduce myself, I'm Selena" She says.
"Y/N" I simply say.
"Taylor talks about you all the time" She says.
"Does she?" I asked and turned to look at Taylor.
"The woman admires you very much" Selena says and I smile.
"Best friends are like that, aren't they?" I say returning my look to Selena.
"Selena, you have work to do, right? Go, bye!" Taylor says as she pushes Selena out of the house.
