"And the grammy goes to..." I say.
I looked at the paper in my hand.
"folklore, Taylor Swift!" I announce.
I couldn't help but smile.
She stands up together with Jack and Aaron
They give each other a hug with a smile plastered all over their faces.
They both walk their way to the stage.
Trevor Noah hands Taylor the trophy and congratulates them.
She looks at me for a split second before letting Aaron speak through the microphone first while Jack stands beside her.
He gave his speech thanking everyone who was part of the album.
Then he passed the microphone to Taylor.
She thanked the collaborators she had on the album.
"Joe who is the first person I play every single song that I write and I had the best time writing songs with you in quarantine" She says and Jack raised both his eyebrows for a second before glancing at me.
I almost laughed with what he did.
And then Taylor continued on with her gratitude speech.
Everyone clapped once she was finished.
She deserved that award.
TIME SKIP
Y/N: Dude, what the fuck 😭 you almost made me laugh on stage!
Jack: I was surprised when she mentioned him!
Y/N: You didn't have to give me a look and I caught your eyebrows raised for a split second.
Jack: Joe...
Y/N: You're such a jerk haha. Anyway, congrats on your win! Well deserving of that grammy ❤️
Jack: Thank you, Y/N. We're having a party tomorrow night, you can come!
Y/N: You know I won't show up. You enjoy yourself tho!
Jack: Come on, I miss spending time with you.
Y/N: We can go out sometimes just not with Taylor.
Jack: You two are killing me!
Y/N: Bye ☝️
