Y/N has always lived a lavish life.
They had money and they make us of it.
As the only daughter, she was the favorite child.
"My lovely daughter" Papa calls.
"Yes, papa?" I replied.
"Have you heard of Taylor Swift?" He asks and I nod.
"She's a singer" I say.
"I listen to her songs" I say.
"I plan on inviting her to perform on our party next month" He says.
"Will that be possible? It may not fit in her schedule, papa" I say.
"We'll make things possible" He says.
"How much are you offering her?" I asked.
"I was thinking two but I increased it to five just to be sure" He says.
"Million?" I asked and he nodded.
"I have heard she really doesn't perform on parties unless it's for her family, friends or for charities" He says.
"For how many hours?" I asked.
"About an hour only. She has an ongoing world tour, I'm pretty sure she has to save her voice" He says.
"Papa, she has money. I don't think increasing her pay will make her change her mind" I say.
"Why don't you use your connections?" I asked.
"It's not sincere and she most likely won't accept the offer" He says.
"May I ask for your help?" He asks.
"Anything, papa" I say and he smiles.
"You know Gigi Hadid, right?" He asks and I nod.
"We met at one of our fashion shows, we've been friends from there" I say.
"She's close friends with Taylor Swift. Maybe ask her if she can convince her friend?" He asks and I nod.
"I'll try my best" I say.
"I know you'll be able to do it. You're my favorite for a reason" He says.
"I'll fly tomorrow morning" I say.
"I'm have the jet ready for you. You're staying at our house in New York?" He asks and I nod.
"For a few weeks" I say.
TIME SKIP
I called Gigi's number as soon as I landed.
Luckily, she answered almost immediately.
"Hello, how are you?" She asked.
"I'm good. I'm actually in New York right now. Call me anytime you're free, let's meet" I say.
"I'm totally free right now, girl!" She says and I laugh.
"How about Khai?" I asked.
"She's over at her grandparents" She says.
"I'll make a reservation and pick you up in an hour?" I asked.
"Yes please. I've been home all day long" She says.
