"What do you need from me now?" Yoongi inquired, shuffling through the papers scattered across his office desk, searching for some important documents. Jungkook, seated on the Yoongi's chair, the alpha looked at the mess on the desk and took a sip from the glass of Bourbon graciously offered by Yoongi. The office ambiance was tense, as Yoongi's urgency to locate the specific papers conveyed the importance of them. Jungkook observed silently, not really understanding the gravity of the situation as Yoongi's focused gaze scanned each document properly, hoping to find the crucial information.
"I simply want you to manage everything in my absence," Jungkook murmured, exhaling a plume of smoke from his cigar. Yoongi, having finally located the documents, he brought them closer to his face to study them attentively, a task he hadn't been able to accomplish earlier. "Hmmm..." Yoongi hummed at Jungkook's statement, as his attention was fully immersed in the contents of the documents. He remained silent, his focus entirely dedicated to grasp the information before him, his expression reflecting the gravity of the situation.
"Why are you ignoring your boss, Yoongi? Just because I'm not involved in the business much, it doesn't mean you can ignore my instructions!" Jungkook's statement prompted Yoongi, the smaller alpha, to divert his attention from the documents to Jungkook. "I'm not disregarding you, Jungkook, but these documents are really crucial. They're about the future of the mafia gangs and their impact on the world," Yoongi explained with a furrowed brow, emphasizing the gravity of the situation.
"What's the full story, Yoongi? Explain it to me clearly," Jungkook calmly requested, his gaze piercing as he looked at the smaller alpha.
"Some mafia gangs, including your father, are planning to produce deadly weapons," Yoongi explained urgently.
Jungkook rolled his eyes and resumed smoking his cigar before responding.
"Then what's new about this? My father has always been involved in such matters," Jungkook remarked casually, picking up his glass and taking another sip of his Bourbon.
Yoongi slammed the documents in front of Jungkook, leaning over the table with his hands flat on its surface for support. "This time, it's different, Jungkook. The scale and potential consequences are far greater than anything we've seen before," he said gravely.
"They're planning to drive a global war, targeting not just one or two countries but the entire world. It means World War 2 is not far off, my dear friend or boss!" Yoongi exclaimed with frustration, emphasizing the severity of the situation.

Until now, Yoongi had been working for Jungkook behind the scenes, maintaining the facade that he was the true owner of the empire. However, in reality, Jungkook had been the rightful owner all along. When Jungkook was just a few years old, his grandfather secretly split the business in half, naming one part under Jungkook's ownership. This arrangement was made to ensure that the business would be taken care of until Jungkook was ready to manage it himself. It wasn't until Jungkook's grandfather was on his deathbed that Jungkook, at sixteen, learned the truth about the plan and its purpose, directly from his grandfather.
Jungkook's grandfather knew that Jae his own son was not a trustworthy alpha. Despite initially focusing solely on the manufacturing of ships and planes, which was a popular trend at the time, Jae's greed for power and wealth led him down the underworld. Once Jae gained control of the company, he began engaging in illegal activities to expand his business and establish a monopoly in the industry. This betrayal of trust and turning aside from the original vision, from Jae was deeply hurt Jungkook's grandfather, who had never anticipated Jae's interest and approach into corruption and criminality.
That's when Jungkook's grandfather made the difficult decision to secretly gave half of the business to his loyal right-hand alpha, with the understanding that it would be safeguarded until the rightful owner, Jungkook, was ready to reclaim it. This strategic move was born out of a deep concern for the future of the business and a desire to prevent Jae from further corrupting its integrity to the core of the business built by pure love and passion from Jungkook's grandfather.
