Izuku's reach log 1: the covenant are on reach and there is jack shit we can do about it. That damn super carrier is blocking the skys. reinforcements are 2 days out. Damn it... guess i may never go home.

August 13 2552

Dust was thrown up by a scarab walking by and after a few seconds it's main weapon could be heard firing.

Dot: "Our foe is more devious than we imagined. That spire was indeed a teleporter linked to a cloaked, covenant super carrier... A grave threat."

Jun, jorge and izuku arrive at a cave, jorge was carrying a briefed while izuku and jun finished securing the area and put their DMRs on their backs once finished. Carter and kat were discussing their next plan of action at the entrance to the cave.

Dot: "Thankfully, help is imminent. Sixty percent of the UNSC fleet is en route to Reach from existing deployments. The first battle group should arrive within forty-eight hours."

Izuku started muttering to himself about his own plans while jorge dropped the briefcase at emile's, who looked up at this point, feet.

Jun: "48 hours? That's immanent?" Jun removed his helmet while doing this and brushes off jorge's shoulder pauldron which took a hit from a plasma weapon "uh-oh. who's your money on this time"

Izuku: (before anyone could speak) "her."

Jorge simply nodded at izuku who nodded back. Izuku looked at kat and carter before sitting down on a rock and beginning to preform maintenance on his DMR and SRS-99AM, that he kept from his recon mission with jun, knowing he'll need it. After a few minutes he saw Kat and carter walking over to them and kat went to grab emile's kakuri knife when he grabed her wrist.

Kat: "may i?"

Emile: "don't cut yourself."

Kat began to explain and Izuku pretty quickly caught on to what kat was saying when she mentioned orbit capable transport.

Izuku: "your referring to the saber program Kat. It'll work." Kat simply nodded to izuku.

Kat: "all we need now is the green light from holland."

Carter: "good luck with that"

Kat: "your the one asking" as she said this she held a data pad out to carter

Carter took the data pad reluctantly and walked back to the cave entrance while izuku went back to his weapon maintenance.

August 14 2552

A falcon moved through a valley and dropped off carter, jorge, kat and izuku a couple hundred feet from the launch facility and izuku quickly sprang into action while the rest of noble team followed. Izuku began firing on any covenat in his way and quickly wiped out a couple dozen grunts, a few elites and about 15 jackles.

Jorge: "bit brutal there izuku... you ok?"

Izuku: "I'm fine. Lets just finish the mission."

Soon enough the had reached the launch facility and a seraph is shot down by the base's AA guns and it crashes into the facility. An army trooper signals them inside and once in the trooper sealed the door. "

Army trooper #1: spartans coming in! Watch your fire!"

Army trooper #2: "Flight control's this way, they're expecting you."

Noble team follows the trooper and passed the downed seraph from earlier and overheard troopers talking about a wraith on the lower platform before a trooper was thrown out of a hallway followed by a elite officer who moved to finish the trooper but izuku quickly tackled the elite to the ground and beat it's face in with his DMR.
