Izuku woke up in a small crater with pain shooting though his body with every little movement as he stood up. Looking around he saw the covenant super carrier crashed on a mountan a few clicks away, he then spotted the reentry unit and tried to walk to it... unfortunately he had a limp making the short trip longer. Reaching down izuku took the M6G magnum and 2 mags of ammo before looking around and limping in the direction he knew new Alexandria would be.

Izuku: "jorge... I'll protect this planet... as long as i can."

August 23, 2552

Izuku, now in a more temperate landscape, jogs up a hill, having recovered from the limp. They stop at the top, and the city of new Alexandria comes into view. Three Covenant Corvettes dominate the skyline of the burning city. Smatterings of anti-aircraft fire and explosions fill the sky, and the sound of intense combat is heard in the distance.

Izuku let jorge's dog tags slip slightly from his clenched hand before placing them in his chest pouch.

Izuku: "the time has come to protect your planet's civilians, jorge... lend me your strength to do it..."

Izuku jumped down onto the walkway below and stumbled a bit due to his injured leg. Recovering quickly he pulled out his magnum and started making his way towards traxus tower before he sees two falcons and a longsword heading towards traxus tower too.

Kilo dispatch(com): "this is kilo dispatch: all available teams, advance to traxus tower. Evacuation will commence ASAP."

Kilo dispatch then gave someone the status of the tower pad and it being green which is when he decided to speak up.

Izuku(com): "noble six to kilo dispatch where do you need me?"

Kilo dispatch(com): "a spartan? We have troopers in the main lobby of traxus tower trying to escort civilians to the elevator but can't push up they could use your help."

Izuku(com): "roger that noble six out."

Izuku then moved through a damaged building and saw dead civilians and there was a kid amoung them. Seeing this izuku crouched down and closed the civilians eyes.

Izuku(Hungarian, Izuku learned it from jorge, it means "may you rest in peace"): "Nyugodj békében"

Continuing on izuku saw a pair of skirmishers and quickly snaped their necks to save ammo but left them alive and paralysed

Izuku: "burn in hell."

Leaving the skirmishers to their fates he pushed onwards and enters another building when someone on coms said something

???: "Romeo Company, be advised: we have reports of Covenant suicide squads."

Hearing some shocked voices over coms he can only assume this was a trooper from Romeo company, prociding through the building he found the way out blocked by debris so he proceeded through the basement. There he encountered a squad of suicide grunts who he quickly dispatched with a single shot to the head with the M6G magnum.
