Chapter 9

FLASHBACK CONTINUED

Kids flinched hearing their mumma's shout while Sanjay was shocked seeing a truck coming in their direction. Before anyone could get anything, their car got hit by the truck forcefully. Their car rolled on the road and bashed at last. The truck left from there as if nothing had happened. Due to car crash, all were injured badly.

Smita: Sanjay, Sanjay, are you ok?

She asked but he didn't replied. Kids were crying badly. She understoodthat they can't be saved but her kids could. She got shocked when she smelt the petrol. She made herself strong and hugged her kids one last time.

Smita: Baby, you, you need to go. Mumma will help you, you need to run. Ok?

Abhi: No. Mumma, how will we leave you both? No. I won't go.

Ashu: Neither me.

Smita: Babies, aap dono jao aur help mango. Call people. They will help mumma papa to get out. Mumma papa is stucked na? Will you help mumma papa in getting out?

Abhi & Ashu: Yes we will. But mumma promise aap bhi aaoge. 

Smita (crying): Hum aayenge. Go and bring help. My big babies.

She kissed their foreheads. The glass was broken. She had less time. She picked Abhi and pushed him out. She didn't mean to but accidently in panic, she pushed  him with more force due to which he rolled over the road and fell in the jungle nearby. His head bashed with a tree. His vision was bluring but before he could faint, he saw that his car got blast.

FLASHBACK END

Abhi: I-I lost my conciousness. When I gained it, I-I was in a hospital. One, one man had brought me there when they found me in blood. They said... They said that car blast happened and no one was saved. All died. All. I became an orphan. I lost my whole family in one day.

He was crying vigourously. Sid took him in his embrace and rubbed his back. 

Sid: Shh.. shh... Its ok. Its ok. We are with you, Abhay. I promise, I will never leave you. Then let come what may but I will always be with you, for you. My promise, Buddy Promise.

Vaishneet: We too promise you, Abhi. We will never leave you alone. Promise.

Abhi: Thanks guys, don't know what would have happened to me if I had didn't met you. Thanks a lot! You are my everything. I too promise to never leave you all. Thanks!

After sometime, Abhi calmed down. He felt so relaxed as if he got some weight off his shoulders. He had never shared this with anyone. He felt relieved. After that, they had their dinner and went to sleep in their respective rooms not before forcefully feeding medicines to Abhi.
