2 Weeks Later
One boy was cooking breakfast in his house. After completing it, he packed it in a tiffin and left his house. He took a cab and reached a place, more precisely a hospital. He went inside a cabin to see a boy, the same age as his, dozed off sitting beside the bed holding another boy's hand. The boy kept the tiffin aside and shook the sleeping boy who got up with a jerk.

Boy2: Kya hua? Use hosh aagaya? Is he fine? Batao na? V-vo uth gaya? V-vo theek hogaya right? I knew it! I knew it! Vo mujhse itne din dur nahi reh sakta! Thank you God! Use hosh aagaya!

The first boy sighed and hugged the second one. This was the same reaction he was getting from past 2 Weeks whenever he woke him up. He rubbed the other boy's back to make him calm and shook his head negatively. The second one started crying vigorously seeing it. He was done with the patience. Past two weeks and his lifeline was not up. His hopes were losing, he was shattering. He couldn't hold himself anymore and threw himself in the first one's arms, crying violently. The first one too had tears in his eyes. He nevertheless rubbed the other one's back, providing him the comfort he needed.

Boy1: Kuch nahi hoga use. Don't cry please. Vo jaldi theek hojayega. Use hona hi hoga. Tumhare liye, mere liye, hum sab ke liye. And you know what, vo hoga kyuki vo bohot strong hai. Boy2: Par tumhe yaad hai na Dr ne 2 hafte pehle kya kaha? Unhone kaha ki agar use hosh nahi aaya to vo...

He couldn't even complete his sentence and kept hand on his mouth, once again breaking down in the boy's arms. The mere thought of losing him made him vulnerable. Boy1's heart too stiffened at that thought. But he distracted himself saying that this will never happen. He will never let it happen.

Boy1: Aisa kuch nahi hoga, Ashutosh. He is strong. He is a fighter. He will fight. Aur Dr ne to sirf chances bataye the. Aisa jaruri nahi ki vahi hoga. Ashu (while crying badly): I'm losing hopes Siddharth! I'm breaking. Something inside me is breaking every minute he stays unconscious. Mujhe dar lag raha hai Siddharth. Use khone ka dar. 2 hafte pehle Jo kuch hua vo maine mere bure sapne me bhi nahi socha tha. Why is life so cruel Siddharth? Itne saal mujhe lagta tha ki vo-vo jinda nahi hai. He is dead. Ek baar phir maine apne twin ko khoya hota agar tum sahi time pe nahi pohochte. Thank you Siddharth for saving my twin! Mai tumhara shukar gujar hu. You owe me Siddharth. You owe me my brother's life. You owe me my Abhishek! Mai tumhara ye ehesan kabhi nahi chuka paunga.

Sid was taken back with his words. He couldn't believe that.

Sid: Ye kya bol rahe ho tum? Abhay mera bhi dost hai. My best friend. My brother. Maine uski jaan bachake koi ehesaan nahi kiya hai. When I know ki uski ye condition mere bajese hai. Sid ended up crying while pouring his heart out. Ashu understood his feelings and tightened the hug. He comforted Sid and once sure that he was calm, Ashu spoke.

Ashu: No Siddharth. Isme tumhari koi galti nahi hai. Jiski galti hai, vo abhi jail me uske paapon ki sajah bhugat raha hai. Don't blame yourself. Galti Raghav ki hai. Just out of jealousy he misled you and made you against Shek. He even tortured Shek in that 1 week. He is the sole person to be blamed. Ab chalo, muh dho lo.

Saying this, Ashu wiped Sid's tears and Sid wiped Ashu's. Ashu got fresh and both sat to have breakfast. After completing it, they talked a little. That's when Dr came to check Abhi. The doctor checked him and turned towards Sid and Ashu.

Ashu: Dr, ab vo kaisa hai? Is there any improvement? Use hosh kab tak aayega?

Dr: Dekhiye, ab tak koi improvement nahi hai. His condition is the same. It's looking like he is not willing to stay here. He is giving up. As I said before, this could lead the patient to go into a coma. I'm saying, aap apne efforts badhaiye. It's really dangerous for him if he doesn't wake up. Uske jaan ko bhi khatra ho sakta hai. Whatever happened before is restraining him from waking up. He is scared of himself and his brain is protecting him from himself only. Please try ki use hosh aajaye. Agar vo agle ek hafte Tak hosh me nahi aaya, then I can't say anything. Take care.

Dr patted Ashu's shoulder and left. Ashu sat down with a thud hearing it. Sid consoled him while he himself was unable to control his tears.
