Chapter 25

Flashback (Chapter 22 Continuation)
Sid ran in the backyard thinking Abhi would be there as whenever he feels low, he sits there only. Rahul took Ashu towards the hostel. Sid searched the whole backyard but found nothing. He thought that Abhi would be in his hostel room. So he ran towards the hostel. He was passing through one room when he heard some talking and laughing. He wanted to ignore them as at that moment Abhi and Abhi's safety mattered to him more. He was going ahead but froze on his place hearing Abhi and his name. His feet unknowingly took him near the room, to listen to their talks. 

Boy: Hahaha! Kya maja aaya hai Raghav! Use Topper se Cry baby bana diya yaar tune!

Boy 2: Ha vo bhi usike best friend ka use karke. Kya naam tha uske best friend ka? Ha Siddharth! Usika use karke pura tod diya tumne to us Abhishek ko.

Raghav: Sahi kaha Ravi, Sanju. Pure din rota rehta hai vo Abhishek. Din bhar room se bahar nahi aata. Us professor ko suna tha maine ki us Abhishek ko kuch hallaucinations ho rahe hai. Use kuch voices sunai de rahe hai. Maine bhi suna tha. Pura weak hogaya hai vo. Aur humare words bhi affect ho rahe hai uspe. Pura rotlu hogaya hai vo.

Ravi: Bichara! Puri jindagi ye sochke marega ki uske dost ne hi usko tod diya, dhoka diya. Par use ye nahi pata ki uske dost ko hi dhoka hua hai.

But the next line shocked him to the core. Tears welled in his eyes.

Sid (to himself): Ye kya bol rahe hai ye? Mujhe dhoka? I should record it.

Sid took out his phone and started the recording.

Raghav: Ha na! Vo Siddharth na bevakuf hai. Maine thoda kya maska lagate hue jhut kaha aur bhadkaya aur vo bhadak bhi gaya. Itna ki usne apne bhai jaise dost pe trust nahi kiya. Use thappaad kya mara, kya kuch nahi sunaya usne. Sachme dekhne jaisa tha vo sab. Uske baad se vo Abhishek humesha rota raha. Principal ne ek hafte ki chutti declare ki vo bhi humare fayde me pad gayi as Siddharth uske parents ke yaha gaya aur hume Abhishek ko tadpane ka aur mouka mila. Har roj use vo sab yaad dilane ke baad uske cries dekhke dil ko kya sukun milta hai ki kya batau! Aur aaj ka dose to use sehne ke liye bohot tha! I just hope kahi vo us pressure ke andar jaan vaan na de. Aur agar de bhi di to mera kya jata hai? Bada banta tha na college ka popular, ab kaise loser hua hai. Bohot maja aaraha hai use aisa tuta hua dekhke! Us Siddharth aur Abhishek me darar lake maja aagaya!

They all laughed loudly and evilly. Sid was shocked to death hearing it. He offed the shooting and ran madly towards the hostel room. His fear increasing inside his skin. When he reached there, Ashu and Rahul were banging the door and pleading Abhi to open. They heard a scream. Sid's fear increased more. He ran at the backside and saw that the window was open. He thanked god and started climbing on the pipe. Luckily their room was on first floor so it was not very hard to get inside. Sid reached at the height and looked inside but what he saw made his soul rip out of his body. Abhi was standing on the chair with blanket tied on the fan. Abhi was just a minute beside ending his life. Sid quickly jumped inside with all his force and pushed Abhi before he could hang himself causing him falling hardly on the floor and breaking of the chair. Outside, Ashu's face turned in horror hearing that voice. Sid went near Abhi with tears and found that Abhi had lost his consciousness. Abhi's hand and forehead was bleeding. His cheek was bruised. He had got many more small cuts. Sid quickly opened the door. Ashu and Rahul came in and were shocked seeing the scene. They quickly took Abhi to hospital. Dr started treating Abhi but there was risk. Abhi was sufferring from Pshycosis and now the cuts and mental pressue added to the risk more. There were chances of him slipping into coma. And same happened. After his treatment was over, dr found out that he has slipped in coma. Ashu and Sid were hearbroken. But Sid was determined to give justice to Abhi and he even had the proof. He went in police station and placed a complaint against Raghav and submitted the proofs. Police verified them and arrsted Raghav and his friends. After getting beaten by police, they confesed the truth.

Sid too was sufferring. He was blaming himself for Abhi's condition. Ashu too was hearbroken. He got his twin but in this situation. Both were waiting for Abhi's recovery.

End of Flashback

Vaishneet were shocked to the core hearing it. They were crying. Suddenly they saw some tremors in Abhi's body. Abhi was sweating and shivering. He was also murmuring in his sleep. Avneet ran outside and called the dr. Dr came and checked Abhi and sedeated him to sleep. All were waiting for an explanation with teary eyes.
