minho's pov:
i genuinely didn't know what to do as she ran out of the room. jisung went after her, but i just couldn't move a single muscle. i didn't know why... or well, maybe i did... a little. i didn't want to admit it.
i don't even know what came over me in the last few days to be so intimate with her like that. maybe it was fun to see her embarrassed, like she said? or maybe it was interesting to see what made her flustered, or what easily could make her cheeks go red. it felt like some kind of game to me.
but either way, i suppose i was a total jerk. as much as i hated the idea of having an outsider join the group, i can't help but think i've been a bit too mean to her. have i? i don't even know at this point.
i sat there and continued to contemplate and reflect on my actions and the events of the last week, still unmoving. until i heard a yell from the other side of the dorm apartment. "minho! i can't find her," his voice quieting from a yell to simply talking at a normal as he neared the bedroom again. "as soon as i got out into the hallway, she had disappeared. i even went down into the lobby to see if she was there, but she wasn't."
that was when i finally moved, jumping up and climbing down the ladder. i stood in front of him, not knowing what to do. "shit," is all i can muster out before i take out my phone to dial her phone number i had received from staff the day she arrived. it rang 4 times before i heard the call pick up.
"...hello, who is this?" she said quietly from the other side of the line. i guess she didn't have my contact saved.
"uh," i cleared my throat, "it's me. where on earth did you go?"
the line went quiet as i waited for a response, beginning to grow impatient, and maybe deep down, a little worried.
but then the line disconnected. i sighed, "fuck, she's difficult."
jisung piped up a little with a smile, "well... i wouldn't say she's more difficult than you, min."
i rolled my eyes at his response, a smile growing on my face too, "shut up," i took a deep breath, "where do we even look for yen? gosh."
"yen?" jisung questioned, an eyebrow slightly raised, surprised minho had a nickname for her.
i completely ignored him by making my way out of the apartment, jisung following right behind me, deciding not to question further. we grabbed a hat and mask before locking the door to the apartment and headed to the elevator.
"i guess the best thing we can do is look on the street. she couldn't have gone far," i say quietly as we wait for the elevator to reach the ground floor.

yena's pov:
"want any snacks, yena?"
"no thanks, chan. but thank you," i respond, gripping my phone tightly. i sat on the couch, comfortably furled up underneath a warm, fluffy, blue blanket. "thank you guys so much for letting me stay in here for now. i just needed to clear my head a little, but i didn't really know where to go... and i didn't want to take anything more out on minho. we're on thin ice right now and i don't want to stuff up him maybe warming up to me."
"hey, it's honestly fine, don't worry. we understand," changbin said, smiling at me from where he stood in the kitchen. he was busy making brownies; felix's recipe, of course.
i nodded, smiling softly as i intently watched my hands fiddling with the edge of the blanket wrapped around me.
"wanna watch a movie? what's your favourite one?" jeongin asked as he sat down next to me on the couch, grabbing the tv remote.
my face lit up at the suggestion. "ooh yes please!!" i smiled, "could we maybe watch pride and prejudice? i'm sorry, i know it's probably boring for you gu-"
"you mean the most iconic movie of all time? oh duh, we're watching that. no story of jane austin is boring." he quickly jumped in, cutting me off. he nudged me in the side playfully as he switched on the tv, bringing up the movie. "and... and only if you wanna, we could cuddle? not like, in a weird way... i mean. all of us kinda do it as like a comfort thing, but i don't mind. i just thought it might make you feel better, that's all." he says cheerfully, with the cutest freaking little smile on his face.
"sure, innie. c'mere," i say, opening up the blanket on one side for him to join me. he wrapped his arm around me, bringing me a little bit closer and i laid my head on his shoulder. he was right, this was pretty comforting. "thank you, this is nice," i whisper quietly as the movie began to play.
"anytime, yena," he said softly. "let me know if you're uncomfortable or anything at all please."
i nodded against his shoulder, snuggling up closer.

author's pov:
"shit shit shit shit, what the fuck do we do, sung?? we've literally looked for almost two hours... she's not anywhere. fuck..." minho said worriedly over the phone.
"okay, just calm down for a second, min. let's meet back at the dorms, and we'll talk to chan. it'll be okay. it'll be okay." jisung reassured, as much as he was worried.
minho disconnected the call, and headed back towards the dorms, in his best attempt to stay disguised from the public eye.
"nothing?" he said, as he met up with jisung inside the lobby of the dorm building. jisung shook his head in reply, motioning for minho to follow him to the elevator.
"don't stress min. once we find her though, you better apologise." jisung said firmly, but patting his shoulder gently for some reassurance.
once they arrived on the seventh floor, minho quickly rushed over to chan, changbin and jeongin's dorm room and knocked on their door. changbin came to the door and pried it open, before swinging it open for the two boys to enter the dorm room. "oh hey, guys. come in."
immediately, minho's eyes were drawn straight over to yena, who was sitting over on the couch, fast asleep. his body felt like it had lit on fire as his gaze led over to who was also comfortably sitting on the couch next to her. maybe a little too comfortably for his liking.
something in him shifted at the sight of it, and he wasn't quite sure what.
chan approached minho and jisung at the door. he spoke softly, "everything okay? you look a little pale, min. oh and also, let's be a little quiet, those two are sleeping."
minho couldn't speak a single word. he was overwhelmed... he didn't know what he was feeling, and his mouth felt like it was zip-tied shut. jisung noticed this quickly, and spoke on behalf of both of them to save minho from stressing out any more.
"look, we've been out all day looking for yena. she left and didn't tell us where she was going, and we didn't want to worry you," jisung leant in, so he was out of earshot from the other members, "and i think minho was really worried... he felt really bad about the whole thing, i could tell."
chan's facial expressions softened even more after hearing this. not long after, yena was slowly opening her eyes, yawning a little and stretching with her free arm... but her eyes widened at the sight of who was standing in the doorway of the dorm room. before she could even muster out a word, minho spoke abruptly.
"i'm leaving," he said somewhat angrily, and walked straight back out, and into his own dorm, not forgetting to slam the front door shut behind him.
