Joshua was cleaning up the kitchen and seokmin was sleeping in his bedroom. He never came to Seokmins house this was his first time. It was so bland with no colour which was nothing like seokmin, he loves colour. His old bedroom was filled with colour he loved anything cute and always had somwsort of cute stuff in his room.
But this was nothing like that, it was just simple black with no colour what so ever. Joshua couldn't believe how much time had changed seokmin. But is it time that changed him?
Joshua completed with washing the dishes and placed on the rack. He cleaned the stained counters and threw away all the unwanted things.
After washing his hand he went to check up on seokmin. Slowly opening the door he entered the bedroom where he saw seokmin on his phone. He frowned at the younger.
"Seokmin weren't you supposed to sleep?" He spoke as the other looked up at him.
"I had some emails to check i already took the day off" seokmin said looking back at his phone.
Joshua just stood there looking at him with concern on his face. What am i gonna do with him?
Seokmin felt that joshua hadn't left, he looked up at him again. He smiled at the older who had a frown on his face.
"Hyung, dont worry anymore im fine now" he assured the older who still didnt believe him. Getting no response seokmin grabbed joshuas wrist and made him sit beside him.
"Hyung, can i ask you some questions?" He asked. Joshua just nodded.
"Where did you go that day" the younger asked with hesitation. Joshua gulped with guilt at the question.
"I..." Seokmin looked at him with the hope of an answer.
"I had to leave because of my parents" he lied the guilt burning in his stomach.
"Your parents? Why?" Seokmin questioned again leaving Joshua anxious.
"Its because they wanted me to study there, they also wanted me to meet my grandparents" he answered not looking at the younger who was stareing at him.
"Fine. Then why didnt you tell me? Why did you leave so aburtly?"
"I didnt wanted to.."
"Why?" Seokmin knew he was pushing too much but he wanted to know why..just why did joshua leave him when they were so happy with eachother.
"Because the reason was stupid, i didnt wanted you to feel like you meant nothing to me but maybe i failed i made you feel worse.... Im sorry seokmin" he said tears building in his eyes.
Seokmin was feeling so broken inside. He was mad at himself for loving him even after all of it. But he just couldn't stop, he couldn't move on, he couldn't take him out of his thoughts, he was going insane.
The room went silent. Seokmin choose to broke it with another question but this one reasoned to him most.
"Do...do you still love me like you did before?" He hesitantly asked his hands turing into a fist as he gets anxious. Joshua looks up at him with teary eyes.
"Yes i d-do i loved you so much and still do seokmin, i dont know what came over me that i left you like that and i regret it so much, the regret eats me up inside i know i dont have the right to say all this after all that but i want you to know that i still love you" a tear slipped from his eye landing on his hand. "I love you so much seokmin, i love you" he said tears started falling as he couldn't keep it inside anymore, he said everything he wanted to say for years,the burden over him lightened.
"I love you too" seokmin spoke takeing joshuas hand in his slightly rubbing it. "You dont know how devastated i felt when you left me, i wanted to forget you but i couldn't no matter how many times i tried i failed. There was always something that kept you in my mind and i was going insane with the memories you left me with. But even after all that i still love you joshua and i will love you forever nomatter what you did"
"I love you"
"I love you too Seokmin"
Seokmin immediately took joshua into a hug. A hug they both longed for.
"I want you be with me forever, i cant live without you hyung please" seokmin whispered into joshuas neck and held him closer and tighter, the thought of letting him go again was haunting him.
"I wont leave you again seokmin ever, i promise" he said breaking the hug and crashing his lips on the youngers. Seokmin didnt hesitate a second as he responded to kiss deepening it cupping the olders face as joshua wraps his hands around the youngers neck.
This is what they needed, to be so close and never let go.
