The next morning approached and both Saffron and Arthur awoken at the same time, early doors. The british girl buries her face into his chest as she groans. "Uhhh, not today. Not any day." she mutters into his chest, the F2 driver laughing. "I know getting back into a routine is difficulty but soon, it'll be normal." he sympathizes with her. "Five more minutes." Saffron mutters as she moves her face from Arthur's chest but keeps her head laid there.
The Monagasque couldn't help but laugh at the girl laid ontop of him, in his arms. "Mmm, stop laughing." Saffron says, the girl feeling the vibrations of his laugh under her. "I can't help but laugh baby." Arthur teases, the girl opening her eyes, looking up and glaring at him. "What's funny about me wanting five more minutes in bed? In your arms? In peace?" she questions him. "Nothing. It's just your morning voice and you not being a morning person." Arthur says with a smirk.
"Fuck you." the girl groans, laying her head back down. "Love you too, cherié." The Formula 2 driver says nochalantly, pecking her head lovingly. "I mean it. Fuck you." she says. Arthur couldn't help but smile as Saffron falls back to sleep in his arms. He knew he was head over heals for this girl and there was no denying it. Everyone around them knew how in love they were for each other.
"Babe, come on. We have to get up and go have breakfast." Arthur says, running his hand through her hair. "Ugh, fine." Saffron groans, stretching her arms and wraps them around her boyfriend's neck, pulling herself up and burying her face into his neck. "We are really not in the mood, are we?" the driver chuckles at the girl. "No." the journalist says, moving her head from his neck and looking at him. "What time do you have to be in the F1 paddock?" Arthur asks. "I'm only in for qualifying. So I can watch your sprint shootout and the sprint itself." Saffron smiles as he gently pecks her lips. "Good. Now seriously, get up." Arthur says as he pats her back and playfully throws her off him.
"Arthur!" Saffron groans as she rolls onto her back. "Saffron!" he mocks her before walking into the bathroom. "I hate you!" the girl calls to him as she lays in the bed. "Would you hate me if I did this?" Arthur asks, jumping onto the bed, passionately kissing the girl beside him. Of course, the girl was taken by surprise and couldn't stay mad at him, ultimately resulting in her kissing him back. Their lips move insync, moving perfectly as they locked together.
Arthur seperates his lips from hers and smiles as he looks into her eyes. "So, are you still mad at me?" he asks, brushing some hair out of her face. "Well, taking that kiss into account. No I'm not." Saffron smiles, pecking his lips. "Good. Are you going to get up now?" Arthur asks. "Well, I have had my morning kiss. Can you make me an iced coffee while I'm in the shower?" the journalist asks. "Sure. I'll have that ready for when you get out." the driver smiles, kissing her one more time before getting off top of her so she can get out of bed.
Saffron grabs all her shower essentials before heading into the bathroom. Arthur prepares her iced coffee as she showers and gets ready for the day ahead. "Baby, your coffee is ready." Arthur says through the bathroom door. "Alright. I'm nearly finished in the shower." Saffron calls back as she turns the shower off.
While she gets herself sorted in the bathroom, Arthur grabs his stuff ahead of going to the F2 paddock. As Saffron walks out the bathroom, the two fall into conversation as she finishes getting ready before heading to get some breakfast. "Morning you two." Charles' voice says behind them as they walk through the buffet. "Hey Charles. Ready for the first qualifying session?" Saffron smile as she places her plate down and greets the older brother with a hug. "As ready as I'll ever be. I have one more practice session to see what I can get out of the car before qualifying when I'll really push to get pole." Charles smiles.
