Over the course of the season, Saffron managed to do her F1 media duties while balancing being in the F2 paddock supporting Arthur and watched as he gained his F1 mileage by taking part in free practice sessions for Ferrari.

During summer break, instead of spending time in Monaco, the couple rented a RV and completed a roadtrip across America, ending their journey in Los Angeles, California while visiting some of the best cities and trying amazing food in the short pace of a few weeks.

Back home in Monaco, Saffron and Arthur sat together on the balcony of their apartment watching as the sun set over the drivers home city, having recently bought a new home together. "I love Monaco sunsets." the girl smiles as she cuddles in Arthur's arms as they sat on their egg chair. "Me too, baby. With you, they're the best." Arthur smiles, his fingertips working their way up and down her arm. "Yeah. To more adventures." she smiles, taking a sip from her drink. "Definitely. Come on, lets head to bed." the Monegasque smiles, taking her hand into his and pulling her off the egg chair and into their apartment.

It was a peaceful night despite Arthur's snoring. The next morning, he woke up to Saffron peacefully sleeping in his arms still. Planting a kiss on the side of her head, Arthur sneaks his way out of bed and heads to the kitchen to make breakfast for himself and Saffron. The deadly silence was then filled with the terrified screams of the brit. "What's wrong baby?" Arthur questions, rushing to his girlfriends side. "I have really painful cramps but they're worst than period ones." Saffron cries as she laid on the bed, clutching her stomach.

It didn't take long for Arthur to call an ambulance as he knew that Saffron could handle her period cramps but the ones she was experiencing were nothing paracetamol could fix. "Baby, the operator asked where the pains are." Arthur says as he sits beside her. "My lower abdomen and back. Arth, make it stop." she pleads, taking his hand into hers. "Hang on baby, I need to check something." Arthur says, squeezing hers.

After checking what needed, the driver disappears to the bathroom before reappearing with some towels. "Right baby, the phones on speaker. I need you to listen to me as I know you're scared." the Monegasque says to his british girlfriend. "Are the paramedics coming?" she cries. "Yes, Saffron. They're on their way but listen to Arthur." the operator says to the girl.

"Okay baby. I know neither of us may have expected this but we have a baby on the way. What you are feeling are what the operator said are contra..." Arthur begins to say before Saffron interrupts him. "A baby?! Pregnant?!" Saffron shouts. "I know. Shocks to me too but the operator said these pains are contractions. On the next one, push. The heads out." Arthur says before the girl does as he says.

Through all the cries of pain and with the help of Arthur, a healthy baby boy was delivered just as the paramedics arrived. "Okay. We're going to take mum and baby to hospital so they can be checked over. Especially considering you didn't know you were pregnant. We just want to make sure the both of you are okay." the head paramedic smiles as Saffron is helped onto the stretcher with the baby boy in her arms.

"Well, this is one way to end the summer break." Saffron laughs as she looks at the little baby in her arms. "It definitely is." Arthur chuckles. "My co-workers are not going to believe me when I tell them I've had a baby." Saffron laughs, her eyes still on her son. "We need to think about what we're going to call him." Arthur says as he looks at his son. "Elliot Hervé Jules Leclerc." the girl blurts out. "What?" Arthur asks, ensuring he heard her correctly. "You heard me mister. Elliot Hervé Jules Leclerc." the brit smiles, her finger in the baby boys hand. "It's perfect cherié. I know mum, Lorenzo and Charles will think so too. Especially since you included papa's and Jules' names." Arthur smiles.

"It seems fitting to tribute them in our sons name." Saffron smiles, knowing how close Arthur was to his father and how much Jules meant to his family too. "Shall we surprise them?" Arthur asks as the girl nods. As the Ferrari Academy driver messages his family, the girl marveled at the sight of the little being in her arms that she didn't know she was carrying. "I think they're shocked yet excited." Arthur smiles showing his girlfriend the messages as they parked up at the hospital.

The doctors and nurses did all the routine checks on Elliot and Saffron along with how she or Arthur never realized she was pregnant. "Everything about little Elliot seems perfect. Healthy, happy, thriving and the double of his daddy." the nurse smiles, handing the baby to Saffron. "Do we know why neither of us knew we were expecting?" Saffron asks as she holds her son close to her. "Not as of yet. But, hopefully we will soon. Just hold on a little longer." the nurse smiles before leaving just as Arthur's family arrives.

"I can't believe you two have a baby." Charles says, placing a gift bag on the table. "Neither can we. But, here he is. Our little Elliot Hervé Jules Leclerc. Definitely surprised us this morning." Arthur laughs as he turns from his brothers and mum to his son. "Well, miracles do happen in the most unexpected way." Pascale smiles. "He looks a lot like you, Arth." Lorenzo adds, seeing the resemblance of his younger brother in his nephew. "Even the nurse said that." Saffron laughs. "How are you feeling Saff?" Charles asks the girl.

"Well, the shock has worn off. But, it's definitely surreal that there's a little baby here in my arms." the brit smiles. The five talk a little longer, all getting turns of holding Elliot before night falls and Pascale, Charles and Lorenzo head back home. "Seems like the next chapter of ours lives now has begun unexpectedly." Saffron laughs as she cuddles in Arthurs arms while Elliot slept in the hospital cot beside them. "It has. But, I now have a son with my best friend." Arthur smiles, placing a soft kiss on the top of her head.

The young couple laid on the hospital bed, cuddled in silence, Arthur holding the girl aside from his mother who means the most to him, in his arms. Saffron was his girl and he was holding onto her forever. He let her go once and he wasn't letting her go again.
