Lee Minho POV:

"So sit down", said my mother.

"Yeah", I said, as I sat down. "If this is about Minju".

"No it's not about Minju", said my father.

"It's about Yi Cheol", said my mom.

"What about him?", I asked.

"Well, Minju mentioned that you weren't hanging out with him. Why not? Wasn't he your best friend?", asked my mom.

"Well, ever since I started dating I sat with Minju on the rooftop. Sometimes I also sit with my friends. But you see Yi Cheol talks to everyone else. I don't want to disturb him", I said.

"Who are your other friends?", asked my dad.

"Well, Changbin, Chan, Felix, Hyunjin, Jisung, Jeongin, and Seungmin", I said.

"Well, do you know why Yi Cheol isn't talking to you?", asked my dad.

"I've asked him and he always said that everything's alright", I said.

My mom groaned. "You can't ask your best friend that. He'll obviously want what's best for you. So for all you know he may not be okay", said my mom.

"Oh. There was a moment though we had at the mall", I said. "I kind of kissed him by accident".

My parents gasped. "Then, what happened?", asked my dad.

"Then I apologized and told him how I didn't have feelings for him", I said.

My parents gave each other a look. This look I couldn't read. "Anything else happen?", my mom asked.

"Well, I once drove Yi Cheol to school", I said.

"Well, what did you guys talk about?", asked my dad.

"Well, Minju was there. Yi Cheol was quiet most of the time", I said.

"Obviously", mumbled my dad.

"And there was once a time when me and Yi Cheol went shopping", I said.

"Did he buy anything?", my mom asked.

"Well, we kind of went shopping with him to go get Minju a dress for when I ask her out", I said.

"Jagiya, how is he so clueless?", asked my dad.

"Honey, you can't expect him to hang out with you like that", said my mom.

"What do you mean eomma?", I asked.

"You can't make him hang out with someone else or do shopping for someone else. It's called 'third wheeling'", said my mom.

"Oh so you mean for the shopping we should've gone shopping for him and no one else", I said.

"Yep, because spending time with someone doesn't mean talking about someone else", said my dad.

"So, when I picked him up, I shouldn't have taken Minju with me?", I asked. My parents nodded.

"I need a break", said my mother, as she followed my dad upstairs. I went to my room and thought about how I could never see the signs.

I heard my parents talking about something. "Poor kid. He liked him and can't even spend time with him", said my dad.

Who were they talking about? Maybe one of my relatives But it could be me and Yi Cheol. But he doesn't like me and I don't like him either. I sat in my bed and that's all I could think about.
