#1 ranking on losersclub, thank you guys so much<3
you finish dinner, and then head up to your room, trying to process what (f/n) told you. you've known him forever. you were sure he meant well. you were sure. however, could you really believe him?
why were you even doubting him? you shouldn't even be doubting him, or his words. but in the back of your mind, you considered the idea of (f/n) being wrong. like everyone, he could be wrong sometimes.
she needed to go on a walk.
going back downstairs, you announce, "i'm going on a walk." your mother nodded. for once, your father was home. however, in the bedroom, sleeping of course. you frown. when would your mother divorce him?
you were surprised that your mother didn't argue with you on going on a walk later in the day, but maybe she was stressed out.
you'd be too if you were your mother.
for once, I wish you'd come home awake, you thought, your father made you feel angry all the goddamn time. you headed outside.
little did you know, that the night would be disastrous. you began talking a walk on the usual trail you go on, there was a park nearby you could go to.
derry was in no way the safest town, with pennywise and shit, there was no way it was. but if pennywise randomly showed up then you'd probably just have to fight your way to survive.
but this was no pennywise that you heard, the sound of an engine sent chills down your spine, the car was easily recognizable. the bower's gang was following you.
"where are you going, sweetheart?"
it's a mocking and eerie tone, they were all creeps and weirdos(not in a good way) but patrick was the weirdest.
it was clear he was psychopathic or sociopathic, either one of those, or both, if that was even possible. you began speed walking, not exactly running yet.
"don't ignore us, henry said annoyed, he'd grow angry. you thought ignoring might do you some good while you're on your own.
when will they leave me the fuck alone? you thought, they might never for as long as they live or as long as you remain in derry.
then you heard a laugh, a inhumane laugh, you look over, the bower's gang was gone. in its place was a clown, with red hair and a huge forehead, covered in white paint, and red over his eyes.
a creepy grin was on its face; this was pennywise. "do you want to float, (y/n)? he asks, and you replied," fuck off, stupid clown."
you ran as fast as you could, your heart was pounding, this clown was terrifying in a way as it chased after you, you could feel it behind you.
"why don't you want to play with me, (y/n)? we could have so much fun."
he was whining now. you ran so fast that you tripped over something and fell onto the concrete sidewalk. pennywise wasn't going to scare the living shit out of you. "must admit, your motivation is good, you smirk, looking over to him. "and good running skills." you couldn't be afraid.
he creeps closer, then is now hovering over you. you can't be afraid. it might help you survive. but then he's got you cornered. this must be the end for you. you're not afraid of death, but this was a horrible way to end.
but then he paused, giving you time to run again. this time, you weren't looking back. you were getting the hell out of there and fast. you somehow managed to get out of his grasp. you sigh of relief, you had beat death several times already.
those missing kids deserved justice, too.
you could feel that sadness creep up on you, the kids should be alive, and thriving. instead, they're dead, and in the sewers. you found yourself back in your room, and you were okay, pennywise must have given up, for now. those two words were very important to mention. you felt like crying, but you didn't.
you wouldn't give pennywise the light of day. nor would you with the bowers gang either. they didn't deserve your time at all. you decide to call (f/n), he might be able to help you with your dilemma, the only non biased one.
or at least, in your eyes, he wasn't biased. little did you know, (f/n) not only did it because of being a good friend, but because he was in love with you. of course, in the beginning, he hadn't had feelings for you.
but now?
things have changed. his feelings changed. yours haven't. you prioritized getting rid of pennywise more than anything. "loving" anybody wasn't in your mind. not now. but you were sure nobody loved you either. not like that.
unfortunately you were wrong.
"(y/n)?"
you turn, your sister, grace, is at your bedroom door. "oh, i didn't see you, you warmly smile at her. you adore your little sister, and wouldn't let pennywise go near her. you'd never forgive yourself if you did.
she grins at you. you tried to lead a good example. that was your job as a big sister, after all. "what's up? you casually ask her. she shrugged. like most kids her age, sometimes she'd randomly come in your room.
you never minded. you always appreciated the simple things. grace was a bright young girl, with a bright future. you'd always be there for her. "you look tired, she points out. i am, you thought, but weren't going to say that in case she wanted to play.
"yay! grace exclaimed,, which made you smile. you always wanted to see her happy and it made you happy. "so, what do you want to do? while mom isn't home? you ask her.
"go to the park."
"alright then, we just have to be careful, grace."
you begin walking with her to the park, but you had to be more cautious, it was safe to be cautious than stupid, especially when you had a little girl beside you. then, the two of you arrive. she smiles, and says, "thank you!"
"of course, grace, you reply, letting her run around in the playground, however, you were focused on whether or not pennywise would take your sister.
